The space
This beautiful, newly updated Lake Huron waterfront beach house is perfect for your next getaway! Located on a secluded shoreline with newly installed stairs you will have direct access to the sand and lake. The large wraparound deck is perfect for watching some of the most magnificent sunsets in the world.

Where you’ll stay
The lake house boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fall asleep listening to the breeze and waves on the shore. You will love the living and dining area which have stunning lake views and natural light from the skylights. A propane gas fireplace in the main living room provides a warm and cozy atmosphere in winter while watching the snow fall. Two electric fireplaces are in the lower bedroom and recreation room that also provides a 60” TV and office area for those wishing to have a working staycation. A fully equipped kitchen has all the amenities required including a propane gas stove, Bosch dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker.

Location
Experience everything this location has to offer, just a 10-minute drive to Canada's prettiest town of Goderich. Enjoy exploring the charming, historic shops downtown or tour along the waterfront to watch the ships docking at the world’s largest underground salt mine. You can enjoy a morning coffee and take a short walk to the Sunset Golf course for an early morning tee time. If you’d sooner explore nature a short bike ride or walk directly along the beach will take you to Point Farms National Park. The G2G (Goderich to Guelph) Rail Trail is a 127km multi-use trail that is great for a day of biking or hiking. Enjoy a home cooked meal on the brand-new Napoleon barbeque or book an evening dinner at one of the many restaurants just a short drive away. Enjoy a glass of wine on the quiet deck with a good book or tour over to the Cowbell Brewing Company that is 20 minutes away and enjoy the open-air beer garden and restaurant.
