A modern full house overlooking the deep blue waters of Lake Huron. Enjoy the wonderful sunsets over the water from our rooftop patio. After the sunset, have a fire around our propane fire table and enjoy looking up at the stars and enjoy our hot tub. This area is very quiet and peaceful. This house was built to leverage the natural environment around it, open all the windows on a nice day and the lake breeze will pass right through the house. The windows along the roofline let natural light enter the house from sunrise to sunset. Fiber high speed internet and a 65" TV allows you to be entertained when you are not out at the sandy beach or swimming in the lake. The kitchen has all brand new modern appliances including a dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, Microwave and propane BBQ (pots, pans, dishes flatware and small appliances are included). The lower decking is very large and has lots of room for lounging, cooking and eating outside. Patio furniture is provided. Outdoor wood burning fire pit is in the spacious back yard with provided firewood. Local park with play equipment, basketball court, baseball diamond for the kids within walking distance. The 9 mile river is popular for fishing in the spring summer and fall when fish travel up the river to spawn. Port Albert is close to many breweries, wineries, golf courses, and the festivals in Kincardine, Goderich and Blyth. This stay is a true Gem not to be missed.
