This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom coastal condo is the beach oasis of your family's dreams.

Located in Seascape, a luxurious resort with more than 300 acres of lush greens, serene lakes, golf and 2,000 feet of private white sand beaches, great restaurants, live music, indoor and outdoor fun for the entire family including an indoor arcade, ice cream parlor and access to a basketball court. While staying at this property you will have access to 5 community pools as well as the tennis courts, pickle ball courts and an 18 hole golf course.Our second-floor condo offers it all.

This property features all new furniture and bedding as well as a portable crib and a roll away bed for your little ones. It offers board games, card games, boogie boards and fishing poles for you to use. Vaulted ceilings, indoor and outdoor dining, sleeping for up to 10 guests, a spacious living room, a cozy kitchen and expansive views... all within a 1/2 mile of the beach. Golf Cart Included!!

Fortunately, you will not have to encounter any main street traffic and will be able to access the beach with ease!!

This unit is pet friendly for dogs up to 50 lbs. A non refundable pet deposit is required. The pet fee is based on the number of nights booked/number of animals. Please ask us about the pet fee before booking this property. The pet fee is an additional charge that is not included in your original payment.

Beaches, Shopping, Restaurants, Family Activities and more are all within walking distance or a short drive!!

Great place and I would’ve given a 5 star except the bathrooms need remodeled, especially the stand up shower in the master (it was way too small), and the AC needs updated because we all got hot at night.

Seascape Getaway

The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. We loved the large deck and porch swing. The area is nice and quiet and there are several pools in the complex. The property team was very responsive and we were so appreciative of having the six seater golf cart. That made going to the beach so much easier. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was a five star stay! Kitchen was nicely stocked, furniture and beds comfy and Condo was quiet. Management was quick to response and helpful. Only concern was fan in guest bathroom did not work so mold is building on ceiling. Also fans and fixtures could use a good cleaning. Still a five star rating!

Loved the convenience of having golf cart for resort & beach travel!

Nice space, pictures were a little deceiving…..looked larger than actually is. We appreciated full kitchen and appliances, and well stocked storage area for beach. Loved porch and view of course. We were a little frustrated dealing with management, as air conditioner was frozen when we arrived and took 2 days to thaw. Also claimed fan in extra room was working when they checked it…it was not.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay. During the inspection, nothing about the air was reported. However, once our staff was made aware of the issue we had someone out to check the situation and then we were at the mercy of the HVAC company to come out to fix the problem. Due to the fact the unit was frozen, it had to completely thaw out before any work could be done to it. Also, during the inspection the fan was reported working and when our maintenance person was at the unit, he stated the fan was in working condition as well. We hope you enjoyed your stay and we do look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful updated rental with a great view . Very clean and comfortable beds. The thermostat is a bit funky at times changing to 76 degrees but can be changed back to no lower than 72. For summer. The golf cart being included is a plus as a local rental is $500.00 for the week. It is street legal only on roads 35 mph or less. Property management is easy to work with.Exterior grounds are well maintained. This unit is within walking distance of the pool less than minute.All the comforts of home . We have been staying in Seascape rentals for 18 years in various units and this one We found to be the most comfortable.

Decent location and golf cart is nice, NO AC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thought that the place was very nice and having a golf cart was great for getting to the beach. The complaint that I had was that it was hot inside the unit. We were told that we weren’t allowed to turn the AC lower than 72 which was fine, but any time we turned it to 72 we would come back later to find that it had somehow been reset to 76 and spent the weekend with the temp sitting at 77 with 56% humidity. Also several of the ceiling fans did not work properly. If you stay here bring a box fan or some type of fan with you!!
