A large open living space, with outdoor dining & BBQ, 4 bedrooms with brand-new beds, 2 bathrooms & a court yard to keep your pet contained. Take advantage of the large dog park in front of us and enjoy a walk to the Hopkins River. Located only 2km from the beach, 2.9 km from the town centre, and 1.5 km to the nearest shopping centre :)

Hi. My name is Jayde and I am the manager of Port Campbell Holiday Rental which began in 2017. I have been living locally for the past 15 years with my husband Matt and 3 children, Edie 8, Winnie 6 and Albie 3. Our business is lucky enough to host properties throughout Warrnambool, Peterborough and Port Campbell. You will walk through the front door to be welcomed by the second lounge room fitted with bean bags, smart TV and a children's building station. Browse through the book shelf and see if there is something in there for you to read during your stay. Walk through to the open living with a lounge & smart TV, dining table and full kitchen, here you have the view of a lifetime. The Hopkins river has a real holiday and calming effect on you!
All bedrooms are fitted with a roof fan and wardrobe. The queen room downstairs has an ensuite with a shower, basin and toilet and the second room downstairs has a double bed. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Seperate bathroom with bath and walk in shower & basin and a seperate toilet.
The house is perfectly suited for families wanting to explore our region and be spoilt by riverfront view :)
