Even better, a loft with a retro built-in wet bar hovers over the living space for additional ocean views out its own set of windows.
An updated kitchen with stainless appliances and a breakfast bar is fully equipped for dinner in the ocean-view dining nook. The giant yellow life-guard surfboard, wood-stove, groovy wallpaper and period furnishings lend an amusing, laid-back aura.
