A large deck will welcome your breakfast, lunch and dinner facing a beautiful bush land where you will enjoy birds and sometimes kangaroos.

About 1km from here is the beach, various coffeeshops and a boat ramp and a tad further are grocery stores and petrol stations.

A lovely, simple, quiet night stay. Waking up to the bird calls among the trees at the back of the yard was lovely. Our host was very pleasant to deal with, and we'll be back next time we want a weekend at the beach.

Great spot for a short stay

My partner and I stayed here with a fur-baby for a few nights and we enjoyed it. Stephanie and Francois are lovely. The studio has everything you need for a couple of nights and is close to a few cafes and dog friendly beaches (main draw card for us). We will go back for another long weekend!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Nice easy to access walk by the water. Well appointed apartment under the main house looking into pleasant bush land with tall trees. Nice studio overlooking the bush.

We had an ok stay here but were just passing through for 1 night. The hosts were lovely and the outlook was lovely. It incredibly noisy throughout the night as the hosts live above and we honestly weren't able to get much sleep and because of that we wouldn't stay here again.

Comfy and clean

The property is new, freshly painted, very comfy and clean, with everything needed. The heater was much appreciated. Mossy Point is a place of quiet beauty, not far from Mogo Zoo and village.

Cosey hideaway

The host was very organised and got back to us very quickly by email which is always so helpful. He was friendly, respectful and helpful and took the time to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable and able to get into the studio. The property was clean and organised and very well kitted out. The bed is super comfy. We loved staying here and will be back.

Great spot, had everything you need

Self contained downstairs floor in larger home. You will get suburban noise & some from upstairs - didn’t bother me. Peaceful spot, handy to nice walks, coffee spots, and 20-25 min easy walk to North Broulee beach (2 min drive). Lovely hosts - even gave me freshly ground coffee. Recommend.

Comfortable, god location

Nice, neat new property. Comfortable, clean and well insulated so warms up nicely. Very quiet! We had a short overnight stay only. Convenient with a pet. Quick, easy walk down to the waterfront. There’s a lovely cafe there with plenty of outdoor seating so you can bring your pet. Mossy Point is a picturesque, beautiful town.

The studio is ideally located in a peaceful residential street, easy walk to Broulee North and Broulee South Beaches The Mossy Point boat ramp is easily accessible by foot.
Local shops, cafes and petrol station are nearby and Batemans Bay and Moruya are only a short drive away. The lovely town of Mogo, and its zoo, are less than 10 minutes away.
