Notre appartement rez de chaussée s'ouvre à vue sur l'océan dans un jardin bien entretenu avec décor extérieur. Nous sommes situés en bord de mer banlieue verdoyante de Batehaven, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre commercial plage et quartier et 5 km de la CDB. Cet appartement luxueux est livré avec salon, cuisine, une laverie, une chambre séparée avec salle de bains. Comprend une grande vue TV, DVD, lecteur de CD stéréo mural et haut débit sans fil. Nous sommes heureux de vous aider avec toutes les exigences ou les connaissances locales, e. g. restaurants, promenades, attractions touristiques, bbq, chaises de plage, etc. Idéal pour les couples souhaitant profiter de la sérénité et l'hospitalité chaleureuse de la vie en bord de mer. Continental starter pack de petit déjeuner inclus.

Attractions locales

Batemans Bay, situé dans la belle Eurobodalla Shire, est une ville côtière très prisée 3 1/2 heures au sud de Sydney et de moins de 2 heures de Canberra. \ 'Eurobodalla \' aide \ 'Land of Many Waters \' et Batemans Bay est votre port d'escale-première étant à l'embouchure de la rivière Clyde fournissant une aire de jeux d'eau du kayak, la pêche, le surf et bien d'autres sports nautiques. Nos parcs nationaux offrent de belles balades et 4WD pistes. Les jardins botaniques Eurobodalla valent bien une visite que le zoo Mogo dans la petite communauté de Mogo. Prenez une croisière sur la rivière Clyde à la ville historique de Nelligen ou aller pour un tour de kayak et apprenez tout sur nos fameuses huîtres. The apartment is beautifully presented, very comfortable and had everything we could want for a holiday stay. The hosts were very welcoming and had thoughtfully provided many extra touches that made our stay special. They also recommended excellent local restaurants for some lovely meals.

The apartment was just the job for a quick getaway from real life for us made all the more special by the hospitality and thoughtfulness of our hosts Jennifer and Roy who live on site and make themselves available should we have need of them or any advice about where to go in the area.The room was warm ,welcoming and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed in a separated sleeping area.The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied with many basic supplies and special extras.Thank you for lovely unexpected treats!A picturesque outdoor relaxing garden area with outdoor seating was a welcome provision overlooking unusual Moptop trees and a seaview ...the beaches being a mere 5minutes away by car.We wanted for nothing and could have stayed hidden away from the rush and tear of our home city .Restaurants and shops only a short drive away.We can definately recommend it to anyone wanting some peace and quiet in a beautiful part of our South Coast.Thank you Jennifer and Roy for a lovely stay and your helpful recommendations. We shall certainly be returning whenever we can. B&C Kay.

The apartment was the perfect space for a couple. The breakfast supplies a very generous addition and the bed/couch all very comfortable. We loved being able to relax in clean open space. Definitely recommend! We walked to corrigans for a really tasty dinner and crumb for breakfast. Also recommend the observation lookout a short walk away.
Walking out to this both mornings was instantly relaxing!

Home away from home

We had several stays on our holiday but this one was our favourite. The bed was comfy. Sitting outside with a drink and looking at the view at the end of the day was very relaxing. We loved all the little extras. A lot of thought had gone into the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Superb stress-busting stay

Have a quiet sundowner looking at the ocean. Walk to nearby shops for a variety of restaurants and cafes. Relish the peace and quiet; removed from the frenetic pace of the next-to-beach roads. Sleep in quality linens on an excellent bed. Enjoy the special touches provided by extraordinary hosts. The reviews you've read and will read are all accurate. This is an exceptional property and I'm grateful for the chance to have stayed.

Everything you need, and more!

Clean, bright, well appointed apartment, close to shops, beaches and food outlets. It was so pleasant in the apartment that we didn’t want to go out - it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, so a great place to relax. Very friendly hosts too and lots of little extras including milk, yoghurt, butter, bread, condiments, cereals, sauces etc. etc.

Beautiful

All needs were catered for - all condiments supplied as well as extra touches which made our short stay every enjoyable. The apartment was very clean and and extremely comfortable. The ocean view was georgeous. The overall experience was outstanding which enabled us to relax and recharge our batteries after a couple of recent family tragedies. perfect weekend away

Jen and her hubby are lovely to deal with. communication was easy and prompt. we had done trouble working the tv and they were both there to help and sort it in a few minutes. Their place is cosy and inviting with everything you need. the front outdoor surface is beautiful to sit outside and watch the ocean. the hosts were extremely supportive of us and our accredited assistance dog. we loved staying here and recommend it abd would happily stay again

A Luxury Home Away from Home

This property had everything you could possibly want. It was private,quiet, light and spotlessly clean. The garden setting was tranquil and private with manicured grass, trees and hedges. We were able to sit in the garden with a morning cuppa knowing that we could not be seen from the street whilst enjoying the vistas of the ocean beyond. Our hosts Jenny and Roy were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Never have I stayed in a better equipped property. Every detail had been carefully considered and planned. The quality of the furnishings,bed linen, towels and kitchen equipment was top class. I would recommend Moptops Apartment without hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Clean, tidy, air conditioned, just not pet friendly as expected.

The reason we booked this property was because it was "pet friendly", so we were surprised to find that the yard wasn't fenced. It was just their open front yard. I had messaged the owner prior to booking to ensure our dog would be allowed inside, to which she replied yes, but she failed to mention that we couldn't ever leave him outside anyway. I didn't specifically ask her if the property was fenced because I rightly assumed a pet friendly place would have a secure yard. This is just a no-brainer to me. Also their dvd player wouldn't recognise any discs so that was a little irritating but no big deal. The property was very clean and tidy and I was grateful for the air conditioning. I also thought the little personal touches were nice. The bed was very comfortable. Jenny and Roy were also very friendly. Batemans Bay itself was filthy. Cigarette butts on the beach, a total of 56 abandoned shopping trolleys along the main street, a severed shark's head near their memorial park, unsavoury people everywhere and just lots of litter. A lot of the restaurants were open for breakfast and dinner but, oddly, not lunch. There wasn't anywhere particularly nice to walk our dog, only along the main street. The whole area just felt unloved and a little depressing so we left a day early. This is no fault of the property owners of course, but I have to mention it because the area was a disgrace. We did enjoy Mogo Zoo however, and we got to feed a giraffe!

Great location and views, very well presented and owners have catered for most of your requirements. Easy access and easy to come and go. This certainly is excellent value for money and ideal for couples looking for a relaxing getaway
