Floors were dirty. We vacuumed and mopped and they were much better for our stay. A couple of overhead lights had burned out bulbs. Some minor cabinet door damage. Excellent location, comfortable beds. Sufficient bedding, nice decor, excellent amenities, and did I mention the location? Would definitely recommend or stay again in the future.

The unit had a musty smell that didn’t improve even after trying to air it out a bit. Didn’t want to hang out in the unit unless we had to.

We are sorry that we had some issues and definitely understand your concerns. We hope you will give us another shot and come back and stay. This situation is a little out of our control as the association and downstairs commercial buildings were performing air duct cleaning and that is what caused the smell as other guests can see this topic has never been mentioned before in a review because there is no smell this was a very isolated situation that did last about 2 weeks sadly but the unit does not have any abnormal smell there is a lot of humidity down here at the beach and that can easily be mistakenly taken for musky smells. We are sorry for the inconvenience but absolutely would love to host you again and future guests can rest assured the unit is great and looks just like the photos.

Perfect family spot for no-hassle beach vacation!

We’ve stayed in rosemary beach three years and always at this property. This time we decided on a bigger condo to accommodate more family members and could not be happier with our stay. Everything in walking distance and condo itself clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and great accommodations!!! Spacious and roomy with plenty of sleeping options. Easy to walk to pool, beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely book again. Only note, a little noisy at night because it is right on 30A.

Family trip

Very enjoyable stay. We took a small family vacation with our 9 month old and in-laws. The property clean and great for our stay. The area is very nice with lots of amenities near by. Beach access is very easy as well. Would definitely stay again.

Condo Review

Condo was okay but property is not well maintained for this price range. Needs to be cleaned. Shared areas such as pool needs updating and to be better maintained. We reported roaches several days into our stay. Eventually, someone came to spray, but we dealt with roaches for three weeks. It was noted, when we first reported, that the property had been sprayed a couple of weeks earlier for roaches as well. Property manager did not seem concerned, nor offered any compensation. We sent photos to show how unkempt and dirty the condo was, but no one responded to those concerns. We found the walk to the beach doable with two kids, and the tram drivers were helpful when using the tram. You may have to wait 5-10 minutes for a tram at peak times, but overall it’s not a big deal. There is only a small area for bringing your own umbrella and chairs to the beach. If you want to rent those, you will need to book several weeks in advance for front row. Location for walking to restaurants and Rosemary Beach area is nice.

We are very glad you came and stayed with us for 3 weeks during the Summer we understand you had a few concerns and as we did we addressed them as you notified us. Respectfully the 37 other 5 star reviews over the past years really do reflect how guests enjoy this condo and it is well maintained we have brand new living room furniture and linens and the pictures really do reflect how the unit looks. This unit is sprayed regularly from by the HOA and has never missed a routine spraying while you where there we did have the unit sprayed again per your request it is not fair to say you dealt with roaches like that as the unit was sprayed and we have never once had an issue as non of the other reviews say anything about bugs it is Florida so if you leave the balcony doors open then bugs can get inside thats why we ask guests to close the balcony door and not leave it open all day. Every property we have goes through standard practices all of our linens are professionally laundered and inspected upon a guest check in we never heard from you regarding any cleaning concerns and you where there for 3 weeks. We understand you where frustrated with the area being busy and crowed at times however we really ask guests to not take that out on the property itself as we can not control the traffic on 30A and the area being busy in the peak Summer time. We hope you enjoyed your stay and we are here to help any of our guests 24/7.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The property is absolutely beautiful and has a charming European-style feel. One of our favorite things was being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby without needing to drive everywhere.The condo itself was huge and perfect for our family. The two king-size bedrooms were very comfortable, and the third bedroom with two full-size bunk beds was great for kids or larger groups. The master suite was especially impressive, featuring a spacious bathroom with both a large shower and a soaking tub.The only downside was the beach access. Getting to the beach requires riding the tram, which can be challenging, especially for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues. We also found that a large portion of the beach is designated for guests who rent beach setups, leaving a smaller area for those bringing their own chairs and umbrellas. During our stay, that section became quite crowded.Overall, the condo itself was outstanding, beautifully maintained, spacious, and in an excellent location.

Great location/ Room for improvement

Location is very good between Rosemary and Alys. Live music nightly in the bar directly below is cool for the right folks but not for everyone. The housekeepers need to be a bit more meticulous. The furnishings could be much better. No coffee table, need for more seating in the TV area and a very small dining room table. The master bath could stand to be updated. Hard not to enjoy 30A but expect a bit more for the money.

Thank you for the feedback as always we encourage our guests to notify us anytime during their stay with any questions or concerns. To address a few statements so other guests understand we have enough seating for 8 guests between the dinning table and the kitchen bar which are right next to each other. Just a few months ago we purchased a brand new sleeper sofa and lounge chair both of which are very nice and updated and as many guests can review other reviews we believe guests enjoy their time staying at this property very much. As always we welcome the opportunity to help guests and understand some guests have a different perspective. This unit is well taken care of and we are proud to offer this as one of the best units in the community.

Rosemary Beach Stay

The condo was perfect. Absolutely no complaints except for the noisy neighbors upstairs. I do want to add that it’s a middle misleading how easy the access was to the beach. It’s not a 5 minute walk away. You have to take a tram or ride a bike to get there without a huge hassle. We will probably try to find something on the water for our next trip.

Excellent location for family getaway

Great location and very kid friendly with nightly music in the courtyard area (tons of young kids running around having fun). Short tram ride, bike ride, or walk from the beach. Nice TVs in each room. Nothing stocked in the kitchen beyond salt/pepper so if you plan on cooking, bring all your own stuff.

Family Beach Trip

Our family made our yearly beach trip to the Rosemary/Seacrest area this year. We usually go to Alabama, but due to last years hurricane damage we had to come to 30A instead. We are so glad we did and this will be our new preferred area! It was me, my husband and our teenage daughter. Such a great place for our daughter to hang out with friends and plenty to keep her busy for the week! The condo was perfect, with plenty of space. The only negative for us was the people above us were very loud every morning at 6:00AM and throughout the day. Sounded like they were running back and forth-I assume small children.. The only other thing missing was a wine bottle opener, which we were able to purchase in the convenience store right below us. Some many restaurants close by that we rarely left the property in our car. We will be back to the area in October, but likely will stay in Rosemary Beach proper.

There was a lot of all night foot walking above us. A constant noise in both bathrooms which I reported.

Condo Review

-This condo is listed as allows pets. However, when you read the book on table owners do not allow for pets. Although we choose not to bring our dog renters should be aware -This condo does not allow you to put the A/C below 72 degrees. If you do the unit freezes. We spent one night and the whole next day with no a/c because we put it on 70. If you are hot natured I don’t recommend. Only one bedroom (master) they has a ceiling fan. There is a small portable fan in another room. Second and third bedrooms are very warm at night. Especially when you cannot lower the thermostat. -This condos master bedroom windows leak very bad. We had our computer bags on floor under windows. We woke to dripping sounds of water on window seals and floor on Tuesday July 28. Both windows had water leaking inside the window frame through the wood. -This unit is on second floor so you’ll have people above you. You will hear every footstep they make. -The refrigerator does not get very cold -The wine opener did not work. Bring your own! -The designated beach area this property alloys you to is massively crowded. If you do not rent from the chair company you are going to be packed like sardines. -The property you have to walk through (across from white life guard stand) does not allow you to bring anything wheeled so you cannot bring a wagon.

I am sorry to hear you did not have a good time, we have truly had a great Summer and Year with guess at this property and the majority of guests have really enjoyed the condo. When we spoke throughout your stay you did not mention any of the issues besides the AC Unit being frozen solid as a result from the AC unit being put down to low normally guests who leave it on 70 degrees it will not freeze but regardless we were notified at 12:38 AM and it was fixed the following day unfortunately we even tried calling at 1 AM to multiple AC companies to do an emergency service call but all of them were completely back logged but we did get it fixed the next afternoon. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis so If you were approved to bring a pet then you would have been able to do that and everything would have been fine but you are correct we do state Pets are not allowed unless you have received prior approval. It is helpful to hear your review so we can double check those certain issues no guests have raised them to us before but we will certainly make sure the issues you found during your stay get addressed. It is always helpful when guests let us know that there are certainly issues during their stay so we can promptly address them and we are always willing to do whatever we can to make guests happy. I would recommend that guests who read this review also look at the other 27 Five Star reviews as those reviews will certainly give a more constructive outlook of how guests for years have enjoyed this condo. I truly am sorry you did not have a great time we will certainly would have addressed any issues unfortunately the issues that you mentioned have not been brought up to us with previous guests and now future guests that have stayed after you and we did follow up and check those issues of which at the time we could not find happening but we are always willing to promptly address any issues.

Exactly as pictured

This property was exactly as portrayed. The location was amazing. Walking distance to the pool, the Pearl, restaurants, little convenient store right under the room for coffee and convenience. Hayden was easy to work with as well.

Wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing stay in Rosemary. The location and weather were perfect and the property was exactly how it was listed. Hayden, the property manager, was so attentive and accommodating to all of our needs and he was exceptionally present throughout the process of booking and all throughout our stay. Overall, it was an excellent vacation and we will definitely be back!

We had a spectacular time at Seacrest!

The apartment was great, very well located and in good shape! We enjoyed coffee at the balcony . I would only recommend two more chairs in the dinning room since it is a 6 people appartment. Seacrest and Rosemary Beach are a jewel white sandy beach and first class community. We had a blast!
