This immaculately presented 4bedroom house will be sure to impress, as it is beautifully renovated to the highest quality and fully equipped for a wonderful stay.
Located only a stones throw to Pacific fair and walking distance to the beautiful Gold Coast beaches and the Star Casino.
The House offers full privacy with a fully fenced 612m2 block.
With a large sparkling inground pool, a Pool Hut entertaining space and a large butlers pantry, it will well cater for the entire family.

Great House for a Family Stay

This property is in a great location, very quiet street, house was very clean and accommodated our family well. Our kids loved the big pool, a definite highlight. It is virtually across the road from Pacific Fair which was handy. Would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Overall really enjoyed the stay, great location and the size of the property was fantastic. The cleanliness and maintenance issues are the only thing letting this property down. Some areas of the property are filthy and there’s boards missing on decks and pool area. Other than that though, it’s a lovely place to stay.

Great tidy accommodation

Accommodation was very clean and in a nice neighbourhood. Owner has put in a lot of effort to make sure check-in was smooth and property maintained.

Spectacular

We enjoyed our stay at mermaid beach. The property was newly renovated and the host was very attentive to any needs we were after. Close walking distance to pacific fair and 5 minute drive to Broadbeach. Awesome sized pool and entertaining area. We will definitely stay there again.
