Perfectly located for both business and leisure. For 2-4 guests, this quiet retreat is steps from the Calgary Tower, BMO Centre, Stampede grounds & Saddledome. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace, private balcony, and free heated underground parking. A perfect home base for business or exploring the city and nearby mountains. I've designed the space to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay:
âąLiving Room: Relax on two large, comfortable leather couches and enjoy your favorite shows on the 58" Smart TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Roku included.
âąBedroom: Get a wonderful night's rest in the queen-sized bed, complete with hotel-quality linens, a premium mattress, and blackout curtains. A sofa bed is also available for additional guests.
âąKitchen: The fully stocked kitchen includes an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker. You'll find all the cookware, utensils, and server ware you need to prepare a meal.
âąBathroom: The full bathroom features a vanity and a tub/shower combination, stocked with full-sized towels, hand towels, and a hairdryer.
âąPrivate Balcony & Sunroom: Enjoy your own indoor sunroom and an outdoor balcony, perfect for your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
âąParking: Free, secure, heated underground parking inside the premises. Take elevators to your suite.

I love this place because itâs located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called Victoria Park (the Condominium is also quiet) with wonderful and respectful neighbors. My place sits just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary but close enough to enjoy its benefits.
