It was a delightful house in a beautiful setting. The view from the bedroom with ensuite was so lovely - especially at night!It was all very well appointed.

Beautiful cottage, the garden is the standout feature of this property, a real "The Secret Garden". The picture window in the master bedroom is spectacular. The property has everything that you need and is clean and tidy.A must stay.

Great getaway!

We had such a beautiful time away, the property was amazing! It was so nice to explore the stunning gardens and being amongst the wildlife! We loved it and will definitely be back.

Cool Cottage

Very comfortable and private with every amenity set in spacious grounds and short stroll (< 5 mins) to General Store and Pub. Great retreat.

Mini break away

Willowglade is very peaceful and very well appointed property in the middle of the Macedon region.We enjoyed nights by the fire and a short stroll to the pub for dinner. Highly recommend for a short or longer stay.

Relaxing getaway

This property is so beautiful, lovely house with everything you need! Absolutely stunning garden that our little Schnoodles loved exploring. Will definitely be back, super comfy bed and stunning outlook. Chris was great and very easy check in and instruction! Thanks so much it was beautiful!

Honeymoon stay

Overall beautiful property we stayed at and chose for our honeymoon. House was clean and had everything we needed. Quiet sleepy town of macedon ranges definitely took us away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Chris was fantastic in his communication and we even popped into Woodend and tried Kuzu Izakaya japanese which is a hidden gem and was amazing. Overall experience was great.

Home away from home

My husband and I stayed here for a wedding. It was a beautiful cottage surrounded by a stunning garden. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was well equipped and just the perfect place to escape the city. The window in the main bedroom was spectacular. I could have spend hours laying there and watching over the garden. 😇

A beautiful property

We had a lovely cosy winter escape in this pretty little property. Very relaxing. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed exploring its nooks and crannies. The property listing was accurate and had all the conveniences you need. The highlight was the garden views from all the windows. Chris is a very good host and communication was excellent.

5 Stars - A perfect retreat!

My colleague and I stayed at Willowglade for a recent work retreat and had a fantastic experience. The superb location and gardens provided a stunning and peaceful backdrop for our retreat. The property is well-equipped with quality appliances—the coffee pod machine was a standout—and the kitchen had everything we needed. The lovely bath was another highlight, adding to the sense of relaxation. Thoughtful touches like the sound system also enhanced our stay. It’s clear a lot of care has gone into creating a comfortable and enjoyable retreat. Highly recommend for a getaway!

A Tranquil getaway.

Our family recently had the most relaxing time at Willowglade. From the moment we arrived at the picturesque location, we knew we had found the perfect retreat! Willowglade was nothing short of amazing. It was equipped with everything we could possibly need, and the warm and welcoming ambience made us feel right at home. The serenity of the place provided the ideal backdrop for a much-needed short break, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate along with our furry companions. There you have the convenience of being close to shops, yet feeling completely immersed in a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. It was the best of both worlds - easy access to amenities without sacrificing the calmness we were seeking. As holiday rental cleaners ourselves, cleanliness is of utmost importance to us, and Willowglade exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless. It was clear that Chris and Ellen take great pride in providing a pristine and comfortable environment. It made our stay truly enjoyable. Our time there was nothing short of perfect and we are already planning our next visit for a longer stay. We are confident in recommending this beautiful property to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat. Thank you Chris and Ellen for having us!
