To ensure your comfort, we’ve incorporated advanced sound-dampening materials throughout the building. However, due to our prime location, noise from neighboring businesses, the energetic street atmosphere, and adjacent units may occasionally be heard, particularly at night on weekends. For guests sensitive to sound, we provide complimentary earplugs and white noise machines to enhance your stay. Or if you prefer a quieter experience, we also offer another penthouse unit at the back of the building. This unit features the same exceptional quality and amenities but does not include balconies, offering a more serene environment away from the lively street noise.

One of the best VRBO properties we’ve stayed at! Great location - walk to everything in Old Town, lovely decor, high-end furnishings/finishing, comfortable beds, great balcony. Very responsive management.

There was an issue at check-in (master bedroom was not entirely clean), but it was resolved quickly. The unit itself is very clean and nice. However, the exterior hallway/entrance leaves a little to be desired. The Rock Bar across the street can be loud into the early morning some nights, but it is nothing a noisemaker can't resolve.

Amazing Attention to Detail

Ric and Jen were amazing hosts and communicated with me the entire time. Truly appreciate the property, it was a real getaway. It had everything my friends and I needed plus more. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were fully stocked and extremely clean. We had one issue with one of the appliances and used the wall guide to inform Ric and Jen. They responded immediately. Next time I’m in Scottsdale, this is the only place I will stay. Thank you! 5⭐️

Beautiful Place, Amazing Location Look no further!

This property is amazing. Location- Perfect! We walked everywhere, everyday. Shopped, ate, relaxed. On days we wanted to head out, we grabbed a Waymo and off we went. Otherwise, the Galleria is just a few easy blocks, just like all the great small shops and cafes!Inside-It was the perfect space, the perfect location and allowed us to enjoy our downtown in Old town Scottsdale! I can't say enough positive things about it! The bathrooms were like being in a spa. The kitchen was stocked to the hilt! The coffee maker was ready to go with coffee for both the pods and the full coffee maker, there was creamer, sugar and sweeteners. There were bottles of water in the fridge, ice packs in the freezer for our cooler, dish soap, laundry soap, I could go on! The best nights sleep I've had in weeks, and granted, it was vacation, but the beds were so incredibly comfortable that I even asked the owners to send me the brand of the mattress!!! I am serious..if you're even thinking of staying in Old Town, this is the place!

Great Location!

The unit was very clean and comfortable and equipped with basic kitchen amenities, coffee pods, cleaning supplies, and plenty of towels and linens. It was also walking distance to most places including all of Old Town. Only a short drive from the Phoenix airport and downtown Phoenix. You can take a an Uber or a Waymo to these locations and it’s about 25 minutes. The elevator opens into the unit and is cool but it’s only on the third floor so not necessary most of the time. It was nice to have for grocery load in, though. The street is vibrant, but not too noisy and there is good dining and shopping all around. Wine and liquor stores are not close by, but that could be due to a town ordinance or something. Oddly it is truly only a one bedroom as the second bedroom has no proper closet. The second bathroom is also not an en suite. If splitting this condo with adult couples be advised of this as the rooms are not equal in size or amenities. The location was perfect and the building was clean, quiet, and secure. I would recommend this unit for up to 2 couples, one couple with children, or friends traveling together. We would stay again.
