Peppertree - a perfect, quiet escape

This three bedroom, two bathroom house boasts huge living & dining areas with high ceilings & gorgeous exposed rafters - perfect for entertaining.

The indoor combustion fireplace will keep you cosy at night in winter, while the outdoor undercover BBQ & Pizza Oven is perfect for entertaining anytime of the year.

Only a short minute walk to Smith's Lake and a 5 minute drive to surrounding beaches, visitors of Peppertree will never run out of things to do and see!

Guests of Peppertree really love the cooking amenities that are available - with a built in barbecue and woodfire pizza oven area where many beautiful meals can be prepared for family or friends.

All our guests will be provided with bed linen and towels during their stay, so you don’t need to bring anything but your clothes and a smile.

Smith’s lake is a little slice of heaven that is close to both the stunning lake, just 100m from our front door, and the beautiful coastal beaches just a short drive up the road.

There is a reserve just at the end of Peppertree Lane, where you can just cross the road and access the Lake for sunset drinks with friends of family. It’s absolutely stunning!

Roads are generally quiet so going for a walk is always peaceful and you can just relish in all the beauty this quiet town has.

Both Frothy Coffee Cafe and The Good Food Store (also a cafe) are about a 10 minute walk but in seperate directions. Both with great coffee and awesome food. The only difference is Frothy Coffee is on the Lake and you get the instant view.

If you need groceries, Foodworks is close by, on Elizabeth Bay drive - about 5 minutes away by car.

We had an absolutely delightful 5 night stay at Peppertree with our family and our friends (two families of 4). The place was lovely with so many thoughtful touches and extras. We loved waking up to the sound of the birds, relaxing on the deck and trying out the pizza oven. The kids had a blast exploring the lake and playing on the beautiful beaches nearby (it is about 10 minutes drive to kid-friendly Elizabeth beach which was our favourite). Laura and jack were fabulous hosts and communicated well. Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay!

Fantastic home in a beautiful location

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Jack and Laura’s beautiful smiths lake home. The house was sparkling clean and had everything you could need and more. We loved the open split level design of the house and spacious lounge and living areas. A beautiful and comfortable home, in a stunning location, with great hosts - we will be back!

Quiet Oasis

House was comfortable and had everything you need for a relaxing stay with the family or group of friends. Plenty of space, great options for entertainment on the tv and reliable wifi. Comfortable beds, great deck, close to shop and a short walk to the lake. Communication was excellent and everything was very easy. Highly recommended.

Lovely place

Clean and spacious property with lovely atmosphere. I would consider going back again. Laura helped me a lot about nearby attractions. My teenagers enjoyed a lot. We were with a small family with an infant, amenities helped them a lot. Highly recommend this place.

An immaculately presented home with so much serenity. We got to feed some rainbow lorikeets, baby kookaburras and a possum on the balcony. Close to peaceful lakes and beaches.
