A driveway provides off-street parking for multiple vehicles. A neat paved path leads to the sheltered front door. Inside, find yourself in a tranquil living space with an irresistibly plush L-shaped sofa with a built-in chaise and matching ottoman, ready to accommodate movie night snuggles, well-earned naps, and contented hours browsing on your iPad. The room is also appointed with a big TV, a ceiling fan, and a work area that includes a desk, chair, and storage.
Just off of the living room, a kitchen with a cozy dining corner provides a mix of bench and chair seating around a sturdy country table. Soft light through the lace curtains lends an air of gentility to hearty breakfasts. Get cookin’ with a full-size range, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer. Keep yourself fueled with your favorite hot beverages all day with two coffee makers (one a single-serve Keurig machine), and a traditional tea kettle. A laundry nook off of the kitchen provides a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
A back door leads from the kitchen to a spacious covered patio with a family picnic table and a yard beyond enclosed by chain fencing.

Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
