This cosy cottage is located in Blairgowrie, on the back beaches of the Mornington Peninsula. Kirwood Coastal is one of the original shacks in Blairgowrie and dates back to the 1940’s. This is a place where you come to slow down, and reconnect with friends and family. The simplicity of the layout allows for plenty of space to play games, read a book or soak in the timber bathtub. It’s only a short 5 minute walk to the sand dunes of the back beach.

A little slice of heaven is located in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. Just a hop skip and jump from the most amazing beaches, cafes and parks that this area has to offer. This three-bedroom and one-bathroom home is the perfect spot for any coastal getaway.

The shack has been freshly styled throughout giving it such a coastal homey feel. It has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities along with ample street parking. You can sit back in the luxury backyard, entertain the family with a relaxing BBQ, and have the kids play.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.
