Complete with a relaxing reserve outlook, this inviting coastal 3-bedroom home is perfect for a relaxing holiday or weekend getaway. Renowned for its spotless presentation, it can comfortably accommodate 7 guests and has an additional double sofa bed available (1 adult or 2 children) offering cosy living in a laidback setting.

Built on the one level, the property holds the following:

- Kitchen – Cook Top and Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Kettle, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all the essentials for cooking
- Dining Room - Dining Setting for up to 8 Guests
- Bedroom 1 – Queen Bed, Built in Robe

- Bedroom 3 – Tri Bunk Bed, Double Sofa Bed & TV with Apple TV

Beautifully set in one of Old Torquay’s most sought-after locations, the cosy residence backs directly onto Deep Creek reserve with access to the public playground along the nature walk to the beach from the private and sheltered back yard and is only 500 metres to the beach, a short 2-minute drive or short walk to Torquay main street with an abundance of cafes, restaurant, supermarkets and shops, making it a fantastic holiday choice for the weekend getaway or extended stay.

This property also comes with split system heating and cooling, portable heaters as well as Wi-Fi for all guests to enjoy during their stay. The property is also pet friendly (small breeds only and subject to owner approval).

Wonderful people and great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The owners of Surf Coast Getaway are extremely kind, thoughtful people, who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. Nothing is a bother to them and made our stay and move to Victoria much easier. The house was inviting and had everything, even all the essentials. Not only that, but flowers on arrival and if anything went wrong, they fixed and helped immediately. It’s really nice to meet such lovely people and feel so welcomed.

Xmas break

Our stay was great. Location was excellent, walking distance from the beach (with cafe) and town. Perfect for us with our dog. Kids were able to walk into town to get a gelato easily. The kitchen & pantry were well equipped, and the new bbq got a workout. Beds were comfortable also.

Perfect retreat

We were comfortable the whole time. Back deck is so lush and gorgeous, perfect for having a relaxing evening watching the sun go down. We would return in a heart beat

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whilst you could possibly walk to the town centre from the property in spring and summer, it is too far away to do so in the cooler months. The outside of the property is quite run down and needs significant maintenance. The bedding and towels were clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was clean however the kitchen and bathroom is very dated. The furniture is old and worn. The property had a damp, stale smell when we walked in. There is insufficient external lighting to the property and we had to use our phones in order to see our way to the entrance of the home.

Great location for a family getaway.

Stayed with my husband, teenage boys,, my sister, her partner and their dog. The house had everything you need for a relaxed get away, get together. The location was perfect- an easy walk to the beach and local shops along a pretty track and then the beach. The kitchen was well equiped and the deck was perfect for sitting down to share a meal. Plenty of bedding options and it was great to have a room the teenagers could retreat to. Would definitely recommend a stay Mel Townsville
