Our city getaway is on the corner of Hutt Street and South Terrace is a city getaway in a beautiful part of Adelaide CBD; a bit back from the street where it is quiet and more peaceful.
Across the road from Adelaide's parklands, St Andrew’s hospital and conveniently close to renowned restaurants and cafes along Hutt Street and city life.
Renovated with modern appliances and interior. Perfect for a couple or small family holiday with bathroom amenities and a full-kitchen for those longer stays.

Plenty to do in the Adelaide CBD. Lots of Restaurants and Bars in walking distance. Short bus ride to Rundle mall shops. Park area close across the road and playground nearby. Bus ride away from Adelaide Central Markets. 10 minute walk to tram stop on King William road which can take you all the way from The central CBD to Glenelg Beach.
Plenty of metro stops in and around the city. 10 Minute walk to tram stop which can take you to Train station.
External Security Camera: There is one security camera on the home's exterior above the front door with a view of the parking space.
Linen included in your booking: For an average 4 night stay, we provide hand towels for the bathroom and kitchen and each guest with 1 bath towel and 2 face towels (more for longer stays) The queen bed is always prepared with fresh linen and the pull-out sofa bed is only prepared for bookings of 3/4 guests. Please reach out at least 2 days prior to arrival if there is a special need you have.
Extra Guests: This listing can comfortably sleep 4 with a queen bed and pull-out sofa bed. All bookings include 2 guests and for bookings with 3 or 4 people, we charge an additional linen fee for towels and sofa-bed linen ($30).
Booking with us: By booking our property, you agree to provide some info about your stay. After your booking is confirmed, we'll send you all the check-in details and instructions. Note that to book with us, you will need to have validated your ID with the AirBNB.
Additional Cleaning: Our standard cleaning fee schedule includes what we would consider to be reasonable; washing linen and coverings, towels, sanitizing surfaces, cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and floors. We charge in a way that is proportional to the cleaning requirement we would expect from a reasonable guest. Should you leave our place in a condition that is outside of this, please be mindful that this may make you liable for the required additional cleaning.
Damage to property or its contents: Please note that you will be liable for any damage inflicted on the property or its contents during your stay. Please be mindful of any linen damage or staining (like wine or makeup) that requires special treatment or complete linen replacement. Our cleaners will do their best however you may be charged for these type of damages. Please keep in mind that linen and un-covered bedding may be stored in places that are accessible to you as a guest, however this does not mean that these items are included as part of your stay. As a rule-of-thumb, the linen and bedding available for use throughout your stay will be left out for you and not not be found within storage.

Really great little apartment in a lovely location. Everything was clean and well presented. It suited our needs perfectly. It was very cold, so I would recommend bringing some warm clothes and/or a spare blanket for the winter months.
Central to everything ! From the Japanese gardens across the road to the many restaurants and coffee shops not forgetting the pubs nearby. No need for a car really .
Pretty much perfect and convenient place, did the job it needed to, place was clean, all utensils and amenities covered, only negative would be the neighbourhood feeling a little sketchy, but had no problems with anyone around the area. Would recommend to anyone looking for convenience

Very clean apartment. Welcoming soft music playing as you enter. Location is perfect, we could walk to St. Andrews Hospital under 5 minutes and Fasta Pasta in other direction. Short walk to Hutt Street to the IGA, did not need to take car out, free parking next to Apartment. Bed 10/10 for comfort, recommend staying here.
place was great, really close to some nice restaurants and breakfast places. featured 1 parking spot but heaps out the front in 10hr location. host was easy to contact and responded quickly to my emails and assisted when needed. thanks again for your help.

A nice apartment on the edge of the CBD, parklands opposite. Smart lock on the door made check in a breeze and not having to worry about locking keys inside. Secure onsite parking and a short walk to multiple cafes and supermarkets.

We stayed two nights in the middle of a heatwave. When we checked in the apartment was already beautifully cool. Much appreciated! The fan also helped keep the bedroom cool. The apartment was immaculate, very comfortable, well equipped and so convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!
I stayed here for month as a transition period between relocating from Melbourne. The property was well presented, clean, newly renovated and provided everything that I needed (minus laundry). The central location of this property was perfectly suited. Adam was responsive to my queries. I really enjoyed my month here and will have fond memories of this place

This is a very clean, comfortable and welcoming apartment. Adam has taken care of everything and added some thoughtful touches. Located opposite a large parkland area with birds singing, lovely!
It is just over the road from the bustop for the bus heading to Rundel Mall and other parts of Adelaide.
We appreciated Adam's flexibility.
We highly recommend this property if you want to see Adelaide and surrounding areas.

Yje purpose of our stay is for hospital surgery at St. Andrews Hospital, and the walking distance to the hospital was 5 minutes tops. There are stairs to the first floor, so be aware. Parking spot available behind gates (small car). There are no wine glasses, plenty of cocktail glasses though. LOL Great food & coffee shops in easy walking distance.
