‘Retreat on Francis’ is a modern and comfortable home for up to 6 guests. The property consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living area, open plan kitchen/dining area and landscaped outdoor space. The perfect base whether it be a work trip or a getaway to explore Geelong and the greater Bellarine Peninsula.



The Space:

BEDROOMS

All 3 bedrooms have Queen beds. The master has walk in robe and ensuite. The other two have built in robes. All bedrooms have Smart TVs mounted on walls. Quality linen and towels provided.



LIVING ROOM

3 reclining sofa chairs and Smart TV



KITCHEN/DINING

Dining table comfortable for 4 adults, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, fully equipped with the essentials including utensils, cups, glasses, pots & pans, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Some tea and coffee is supplied to get you started. Plenty of work space on stone top benches.



BATHROOMS

Master ensuite has shower, vanity and toilet. Main bathroom has walk in shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet.



LAUNDRY

Washing trough and top loader washing machine. BYO Laundry Detergent.



OUTDOOR

Dining set and gas BBQ on large deck. There is plenty of parking off-street with use of single garage and room to put another car in front of garage door.



HEATING/COOLING

Gas ducted heating throughout the entire home and split system air conditioner in the main living room.
