Situated between the 10th and 14th holes of the Holiday Island Golf Course, this well-appointed retreat offers Smart TVs, a fireplace, games, and more for your next Arkansas getaway! This 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental features WiFi, a full kitchen, and an inviting outdoor space complete with a chiminea fire pit. Spend the day fishing, soak up the sun at Table Rock Lake, or stroll through downtown Eureka Springs! Later, you can enjoy a grilled dinner on the deck and unwind in the hot tub.

Convenient to Eureka Springs and surrounding areas

The property was extremely clean, comfortable and peaceful. A great retreat and spot to call home base while we enjoyed the offerings in the area.

Great stay

Overall great stay. Exactly as shown. Our only issue was the tub in the master bathroom didn't empty well. Everything else was good. Backyard porch was relaxing. Beds were comfy.

Holiday Island Stay

This house was clean, cozy and inviting. The owners thought of everything from towels and extra blankets to all the kitchen necessities. It was just a short drive to Eureka Springs, as well as the White River.

Weekend stay

It was a nice place. We could have done without the barking dogs all night at the house next door. It didn't allow a very relaxing time in the jacuzzi. Also, the bbq grill had not been cleaned and almost caused a bad fire when we were grilling. Other than that, it was fine.

Pictures posted of property are very accurate. Which most are not. We enjoyed our stay at the property and would definitely stay again. Only one complaint no dish towels in the kitchen.

Nice place. Met our expectations. Only down side was the check out instructions made you feel like we went to boot camp and your mother was watching. They might want to soften the tone requesting the work done before leaving.

Would stay here again

We had a great stay at this property. The property matched the photos and description shown. They thought of everything from kitchen cabinets labeled with what was in them to ping pong and darts to great outdoor spaces with multiple seating areas and chiminea. It was conveniently located a short distance from Eureka Springs and about a 30-minute drive from Dogwood Canyon. The property manager/owner responded quickly to a hot tub question and resolved the issue. We would stay here again.

Away from eureka springs

We liked the location as it was close to Eureka Springs but not with all the busyness. We liked the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Mostly everything you need in the kitchen but could use more kitchen towels and dishcloths. Another thing is the loud neighbors next door with barking dogs so couldn’t enjoy outside much.if you could add more privacy fencing may help a little bit. Overall good experience but could use some upgrades in bathrooms and furnishings. Thank you.

Nice, quiet place.

This house is about a 10 minute drive outside of Eureka Springs. It’s in a quiet retirement neighborhood on a golf course. The house was good, clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The living room has a comfy couch, but the accent chairs aren’t the best. Some additional comfortable seating would be a great addition. There is no back door from inside the house to get to the very limited backyard and hot tub. So getting to the hot tub requires exiting through the side garage door. There is no fence if you bring along your dog. But overall, we were satisfied with everything! Checkin and checkout was super easy.

Ark 2024

Over all not a bad place to stay but a few grips. Tryed to send a few question's before booking on two places managed by the same group never heard back. Booked anyway. The hotub was not that private which could have been fixed with a few not so hard to place coverings. The house next to it was close and had large dogs bark when ever you went out back. Not a big deal but half the tub didnt bubble but it was hot which is good. The shade in the windows had to be manually opened and closed not a big deal but should be replaced. Wife really didn't like they don't have a full size ironing board but have plenty of space for one. My daughter like the dart board and if the weather was better i would have loved sitting on the nice front porch Overall not a bad place but would i stay there again probably not till they fix the privacy of the hot tub
