SPI FUN and SUN (2-Bedroom Condo) with Pool - Pets Allowed by RedAwning

2 Bed/2 bath, full kitchen on 8th floor BEACH FRONT with OCEAN VIEWS from

inside as well as the Balcony & Master PATIO that run the length of the entire

condo. Master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom & ocean views.

Second bedroom has two queen beds. 3 Smart TVs (master bedroom, 2nd bedroom

and living room) with Spectrum cable and WIFI. Plush Towels and luscious

linens and pillow top bedding provided plus beach towels. Fully stocked

kitchen with all the amenities of home. Perfect for entertaining as it is

equipped with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances. The dining

area has a table with seating for 6 and additional seating at the bar area.

Lazy Boy sectional has a queen sleeper sofa with SLUMBER AIR mattress (the

most comfortable sleeper sofa on the market). An outdoor pool and hot tub

are featured at this beachfront property - 6 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a

Beach umbrella and beach wagon make for an easy Beach day! Great location to

watch the Summertime and Holiday Fireworks from the Front balcony.



On site fun activities include kids grassy playground and tennis/basketball

courts. Secured Gated access as well as gated parking for your vehicle.



We Love pets and allow them with prior approval (max of 2 & 25 pound limit)

with non-refundable pet fee.

Guests are allowed ONE vehicle inside the gated area which will need to have

the Parking Tag displayed in the front window which is given at time of check

in by the property management. Additional vehicles will need to be parked

outside on the public street.



This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee is $175 plus tax and processing fee.

Best stay ever

I have stayed on SPI several times and have rented a home and a townhome before and by far this was the best. Felt like a guest in a friends home, the beach access was superb. Just everything I could want in a vacation condo with two mobility impaired family members, NO steps, elevator, low threshold showers and a balcony that gave full view and sound of the beach.

Great Condo

OVT is one of my favorite condo complexes on the island. The property is very clean and extremely well kept. I love that they have a special area for dogs. The condo is very spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Very nice and comfortable sectional couch. The balcony views are amazing. Really appreciated the owners providing beach chairs and wagon for use on the beach. I would definitely stay here again They only con is the bar stools and dining room table chairs are very uncomfortable.

Great View

The minute we walked in the unit it smelled so clean & fresh. The whole unit was very clean. The linens & towels were all good quality. The kitchen had almost everything you would need to prepare a meal. We had an issue with the garbage disposal on arrival and the problem was solved very quickly. Two little housekeeping issues were that there were a few dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. They looked clean but washed them just to make sure & two light bulbs were out in the master bathroom vanity. These two little things will not prevent us from renting this unit again. So many great restaurants within walking distance & Karma Coffee House is a wonderful little coffee shop. We spent a lot of time sitting on the lovely balcony looking at the view. We would highly recommend this unit.
