At Welcome2BA, every detail of this Parisian-style apartment is a service designed for you. Rest in two elegant bedrooms with TVs, gather in the grand living room with 12-ft ceilings and 75" TV, or dine in style for six. We ensure comfort with AC in every room, three full baths plus Jacuzzi suite, a fully equipped kitchen with pro appliances, private office, and laundry. Our care transforms each feature into part of a seamless, luxurious experience prepared just for your stay.

For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

Located on Santa Fe Avenue, this apartment is steps from Plaza San Martín and within walking distance of Recoleta Cemetery, Iglesia del Pilar, and the Recoleta Cultural Center. Just a few minutes away, you’ll find the iconic El Ateneo Grand Splendid bookstore, Teatro Colón, and the Obelisco. Central location, great apartment

Love the apartment.The neighborhood is great and very certainly located. Good food within walking distance, lovely parks. We were all very comfortable.

Stunning apartment

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Recoleta. This appears to be someone’s home, with lovely furniture and decor. We had a very enjoyable trip and in part because of our accommodations!

Fabulous

In every way WOW. ANDREA, communicated regularly and met us on arrival and departure. The unit is very comfortable and exactly as portrayed. The neighborhood is the best with easy access. Highly recommend this condo.

Luxurious Apartment in a Wonderful Location

We loved loved loved this apartment. It was comfortable, well appointed, the beds and bed linens were SUPER COMFORTABLE, the marble/stone floors are heated and felt sooo good! This was a great find. Host was communicative and went out of their way to be helpful and the location was great! There is nothing we would have done differently and are so glad we stayed here! Thank you for having us!

Incredible apartment in Recoleta

GREAT, large, beautiful, comfortable 2 Bedroom 2+1/2 Bathroom apartment in Recoleta. I travel a lot and this is my favorite apartment in a city that I have ever rented. It was incredibly clean, comfortably and beautifully furnished in an old and beautiful Buenos Aires style, with a modern roomy kitchen.. huge TV in the large 2 room living room. Also had air-conditioning in both bedrooms and a washer and drier. I could walk to almost all of the important sites, and had parks and grocery stores nearby.

A beautiful apartment but needs maintenance

This is an undoubtably beautiful spacious apartment but there were a few important issues: the front door lock was very hard to open because it is as old as the building, the dishwasher did not work and despite telling management it was not fixed in the two weeks we were there, several remote controls did not work because the batteries were flat. You'd think expensive apartment like this would at least give you toilet paper for the length of your stay.

Mixed feelings

Management company was pleasant, communicative and pretty responsive. Space was great. Large rooms. Living room best appointed. We were there in winter and the apartment was freezing when we arrived. It's an old, not-updated apartment, so lots of drafty windows. The living room heater was broken. They brought us a space heater, plus we found another one in a closet, and turned on the heaters in both bedrooms and with all four of those running, it took about 12 hours to get the apartment to a temperature that was tolerable. Bedrooms were good sizes with great closet space. Beds were solid with lots of pillows. Decent enough bedding. Master bed mattress pad had a sizable bloodstain on it, which was really gross. They didn't swap out the bedding until the next day, so for the first night I put a towel between the mattress pad and the sheet. Neighborhood is great & convenient, but the apartment faces a very busy street and with the drafty windows you hear all the street noise. I sleep with earplugs, but if you don't and you're noise sensitive it would be tough. Window coverings were nice & darkening. The second bedroom is in the back, protected from most noise, and has a window shutter so the room can be made dark. Overall we had a good stay and you won't find another apartment this size in Recoleta or Palermo in this price range for sure. I probably wouldn't stay again, especially not in winter, but also because of the street noise.
