1 K, 3 Q in the 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8). community pool, outdoor tiki bar on ocean front.

Note- pool club open Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as community tennis courts, pickleball and basketball.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

The condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked with all things necessary for a week long stay, had a view of the ocean from the porch and was a short walk to the beach. Cliff was super helpful with any inquiries during our stay and was prompt in all communications leading up to our visit. It was a wonderful vacation and I would recommend this listing to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable home away from home.

Place to enjoy a pool and the beach

Very accommodating condo. Spacious with bathroom for each bedroom. Great covered deck with ocean view. Very good communication with owner. Golf cart is a plus to get around to pool and beach.

Family vacation

Great location. The community pool and beach access was wonderful. The condo has a great layout. It was especially nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The porch was great with plenty of furniture to enjoy the ocean breeze. Cliff was great and very responsive to questions. Definitely recommend this condo.

An awesome getaway

Great location and fabulous rental. Accurate listing and such a breeze for check in! Would definitely stay here again, just need to figure out which week we would want to visit! The kids loved watching the turtles in the pond and seeing ducks swimming around. Convenient parking and pickle ball court across the road.

Enjoyed our first visit to OIB very much! Property was everything it said and more. Beautiful weather week, enjoyed watching the many turtles, 1 baby alligator and fish in the holding pond.

Very Nice Condo

Blue Paradise in the Islander Villas was really nice. The beach decor was tasteful, the kitchen was nicely equipped, the bedding was comfortable. It was a bit of a walk to the pool & beach access but we knew that when we booked it. I would recommend this unit for a family but plan on driving to the parking lot for pool or beach access if you have little ones. We would definitely book Blue Paradise again.

Red, white and blue paradise

It was wonderful to have bathrooms in each of the rooms. The stay was great. Some family rented bikes to bike to the beach. We have two small kiddos and walked to the beach daily and it wasn’t too difficult. If there are small children staying, we recommend bringing child locks for cabinets. There were certain parts of the condo that we weren’t convinced were cleaned properly. Otherwise, it was a lovely vacation and place to stay.

Our Blue Paradise Get Away

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed ourselves. The condo was beautiful , clean, and completely supplied with everything we needed. Just like home. We are looking forward to next year already. Loved the little message on the white board left by one of the Lords little children. So ver sweet. It blessed my heart. Roger and Robin Wedge PS I would mention just one thing , a hand mixer would be great to have in the condo.💕🙏🏼🕊️
