Great place to stay

This condo is really nice! We were so close to the public beach access and also great views of the ocean! Loved the back porch and it was quiet for the most part. Condo was clean and the upgrades were very nice! Could have more lighting in some of the bedrooms.

Great Stay

This was a beautiful condo-it was recently refurbished, the floors were easy to clean, and looked great. We cooked most of our meals and found we had pretty much everything we needed for cooking. Having two refrigerators was convenient and helpful. The location was very close to the beach and easy to manage with young children. We loved everything about our stay.

Perfect for large groups

The condo had everything we needed for a great beach trip. The beach supplies and stocked items in kitchen were great! Cliff was great to work with . He answered all our questions and was always quick to reply. He even sent reminders and made sure we had all we needed to make our family vacation stress free .

Great time

The unit was nice, clean, convenient to beach access. I have stayed in 4 units in 2 of the buildings on this Street and this one was the nicest. They thought of the little things that make your stay a little bit nicer and they have decorated very nice. It’s very nice that each room has its own bathroom and the extra refrigerator came in handy. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked. I especially liked that everything was labeled. (You didn’t have to try 5 light switches to turn on a light, because there are a lot of light switches)

First Visit to OIB - AMAZING

Beach Be With You was a wonderful place for our first visit to OIB. The walk to the beach was perfect, we were able to see some of the ocean's white caps from the front deck. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Everything was labeled so we knew where to return items when we were finished. They even had a puzzle board for us to use while making our yearly vacation puzzle. The neighbors were also so kind to our group. On our last night, they gave our young adult children delicious crab legs! Thanks, neighbors! I would highly recommend Beach Be With You for your family's vacation.

Very well equipped condo in a great location.

We have been renting different vacation locations at OIB for over thirty years. This location was the best equipped. It was better equipped than any house or condo we have used. We had all the kitchen accessories that a group would need. Everything was clearly labeled which seemed a little excessive at first but as the week progressed we realized that this made it much easier to put things where they go. This ensures that each guest has a good experience every week. This owner/manager has put a lot of thought into elevating the guest experience.

Wonderful week at ocean isle

The condo met our needs perfectly. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was clean with everything you could ask for (except a pitcher.) The walk to the beach was not bad. The walk to the community pool was a little farther than we thought it would be, but the kids didn't mind too much. I'd rather be closer to the beach anyway! Our property manager, Cliff, was exceptional! We didn't have any issues, but if we had I know he would have been right there. My grandson said it was the best week he's ever had at the beach - and we go every year!

Perfect Paradise

Summer vacation is one of our favorites. This unit and the communication that comes with it made our stay perfect! Super close to the beach with the entrance just outside the unit basically. It was clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. Loved the outside seating/patio area as we spent all day between there and the beach. Not far from restaurants and ice cream parlors. Owner had a nice stocked beach closet with higher beach chairs for the older ones in the group. The two full size refrigerators made our groups stay easier as well as there was 10 of us. Only downfall was the pool area. The tiki bar/restaurant area was not open the two week days we went due to staffing. Which we knew was not their fault. Would we be back again? Most definitely! Don’t hesitate, book it. The property manager illustrated superb communication as well.

First Visit to Ocean Isle

Our family stayed at this beautiful condo during our first visit to Ocean Isle! Everyone was happy to have their own bathroom since it’s a 4BD/4BA unit! I’ve stayed at many VRBO homes, but this was the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! I usually bring a couple of pans from home, but quickly learned it was unnecessary! Cliff was very responsive to any of our needs. The only issue we had was with the AC program which he quickly adjusted remotely! He was kind enough to contact me with an earlier check in time which I really appreciated being over 3 hours away. The unit was clean and had everything we needed! The condo is on the first level which was wonderful when coming in from the beach. The pool wasn’t far either. Also has an elevator and luggage racks to transport everything which was a lifesaver not having to make so many trips back and forth from our vehicles! I highly recommend this unit!

Nice pet free/smoke free condo. Close to the beach

This condo is really clean and has the linen provided. It has a pack n play crib , high chair and booster seat for little ones as well as bed rails for the bunks. It has a transport chair for the elderly and the kitchen is stocked with all the amenities a cook could want. Beach chairs and toys are also provided. My favorite are the porch l swings and rockers with a nice ocean view. The sand and surf are just steps away.
