1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bedroom with queen bed and 2 bedrooms with2 double beds each. Free wireless internet. Located in Islander Villas community with ocean club featuring pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar with large deck all on ocean front. All ocean club privileges included.

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as, community tennis courts, basketball and pickleball.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Tennis courts, pickleball and basketball court in the community. Nearby rentals for kayaks, jet skis and bicycles. Beach chairs, umbrella with anchor and sand toys are provided. Shaded furnished deck with ocean views.

Handicap friendly Villa is a spacious 1700 sq ft with over-size furnished shaded deck that affords spectacular views of ocean and island. Beautifully decorated with island flavor. All bedrooms have cable TV and each bedroom has its own full private bath. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you have at home! Also full size washer and dryer.

Cliff was awesome to work with! His communication was the best I’ve seen and I’ve stated at many rental properties! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The proximity to the pool and beach were great!

Fantastic Ocean Isle Stay

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Isle and this Ocean Villa! The ocean was a a short walk away, with beautiful views and great amenities. The Villa was fully stocked and very clean. We have used this property manager before (different location) and were pleased with the promptness of his communication regarding all check-in/out procedures. Our family would definitely stay at this Villa again!

Perfect rental!

OIB Dreaming is the perfect beach rental! The condo is beautifully decorated with new furnishings. All 4 of the bedrooms are very spacious and each one has its own bathroom. Tons of space! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need and the beach access is directly across the street. Cliff is great to work with and so accommodating. Very easy to book a reservation with Cottage Vacations! This was our second year booking a rental property through them and won’t be our last! I highly recommend!

Perfect!

I don't know where to start... Everything about this rental was excellent. Location is just the start, the photos shown and description is exactly what you expect and I was not disappointed. The place was meticulously cleaned, it was well stocked and vey comfortable. Cliff was great to deal with. He responded very quickly to messages and checked to make sure I received the information I needed. There is no question that I will be renting from him again!

Great location, deck furniture, and remodeled master bath.Improvements: All carpets and rugs need to be cleaned. Linens were clean, but below average quality. There were a lot of wash cloths, but not bath towels. We felt bath towels should have been included with the linens provided. Being asked to wash and dry all the towels used before we left was not part of our vacation vibe. Access to the storage closet on lower level would have been great to protect our beach chairs, bikes, and toys. Unit in need of refresh.
