We had 15 people staying, response to minor issues as we settled in was immediate. Location is very convenient. Huge amount of space in the house itself. All issues were relatively minor.

Great property for a group stay

This property was perfect for our group of seven. A bedroom for everyone, just how we like it. The view towards the water is stunning, especially at sunset. We'd happily stay here again if we get back to PEI.

Beautiful property and location. No problem accommodating 12 people. Owner was easy to communicate with and was accommodating. Lovely time with our family in PEI.

The house was lovely for us. We loved that it’s basically located on a working farm and within close proximity to beaches and ice cream! This added to the charm and convenience of this property. Describing it as Waterfront is an accurate in that the property backed up to water, but there was no access to the water from the property. This was just a minor thing for us, but if you have your heart set on walking from the house to the water, it might not meet your expectations. Our stay happened to be during an unusual heat wave, so it was hot, but there were plenty of fans for us to use! We loved it, thank you!

Overall, a lovely century home with older features we would have expected. It definitely suited our purposes for twelve people. However, we left a list of items that would have been helpful as well as safety and fire concerns. Our biggest disappointment was we were assured of a bed on the main floor for our 90 year old mother to stay with us. A mattress taken off a bunk bed and left on the living room floor was not what we expected.

Exactly What We Needed

After driving for 10 hours it was great to pull up to such a beautiful home overlooking the water. Visiting for a hockey tournament, the team and our wives had a great stay with plenty of room to spread out. Danya was quick to respond to any questions I had and made our stay as smooth as possible

Family Fun

Had a wonderful stay with our 3 adult children. their mates and 3 grandchildren! The house accommodated us easily and the property was beautiful. The trucks from the farm next door were busy but didn't bother us! The location was wonderful… close to Summerside and Kensington and a short drive to the beaches!! ⭐️

Great Location but quirky

We were 4 couples and wanted a house that had ensuite bedrooms. This worked. It is an old house with lots of charm and clean but the vanity in our room really needed to be replaced. The doors had fallen off and the sink was all stained. A couple of the mattresses needed replacing. They caved in the middle. The owner was very reachable. When we called to see if they have cable for TV as we wanted to watch the debate she answered her phone immediately. We used our accounts to watch it on YouTube as the house is not hooked up to any provider. There was a note left on the counter, apologizing, to say the dishwasher didn’t work. We were able to negotiate a very fair discount as a result. Other than the dishwasher the kitchen was great. We are were quite impressed with the quantity and quality of dishes and the size of the dining room. Finally, the location is great. We had a lovely time outside in the evening watching the sunset.
