Two of our pools are heated for your comfort during the winter months. On-premises food, The Sand Flea (beachside Tiki-Bar open March-October) and Louisiana Lagniappe (upscale seafood waterfront dining with a Creole flair, with casual attire permitted.)

Nice getaway

Clean, quite spot close to everything, not very big but didn't need to be for just us two, perfect size for two and maybe one kid if need be.

Great location

Property was great. Everything you need. Location is excellent about a 1/4 mile walk to beach. Pickleball courts and pool nearby. LaPaz has fantastic breakfast foods.

Being on second floor though, the steps can b a challenge , especially to the elderly like us, and very slippery when wet.

For about four years now, it’s awesome place to stay and super convenient and its location minutes away from stores, shopping, big kahunas, track, Walmart, golf courses. If I had one bad thing to say it would be, the Condo is tucked it and a little hard to find cause a tree is blocking it. Other than that it’s a good condo and spacious.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is just ok and definitely needs updating. The deck’s sliding door is very old and the screen door is about to fall apart. The deck slanted really bad and it’s a bit scary as it doesn’t feel safe, especially with kids. The bathroom light would go out constantly and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. We couldn’t get the regular TV channels in the living room to work. The host should leave a couple of coffee pods as courtesy for the guests, especially for the ones arriving later in the evening and are unable to get some at the grocery stores, as they all close by 10pm. Location of unit was great.

Once entering the condo, there was a piece of flooring missing and trim pieces sitting up against wall with nails sticking out. Had to move it because we have a baby. Condo only stocked with one trash bag which was not ideal. Floor was pretty dirty (my baby’s feet were black from crawling) but other than that it was a great stay. Our condo also did not lock from the outside. This wasn’t a huge deal because we felt safe enough to leave unlocked while we were gone.
