Was pet friendly our two girls enjoyed the property. Will hire it again. Was very quiet snd peacefull.one of the best we have hired.

Nice quiet location not far from the beach. Clean, and comfortable on the whole, except the mattress in the front bedroom really needs replacing as dipping in the middle.It would have been handy to know that we needed to bring our own sheets, pillowcases, towels and toilet paper etc. a bit earlier than the night before. If we had already been on holiday and away from home, we would have had to purchase those things.

Advised on the Friday that linen and towels not supplied , phone message never replied, repeatedly advised of penalties for late departure and other requirements,will not be using STAYZ again

Short Family Break

A well equipped house with fantastic large enclosed back yard suitable for our little dog. Only down side was the beds were very very firm.

Nice relaxing stay

We had a very nice time at the property. The house was conformable and the backyard was exceptional. Really nice views and quite. We already booked again!.

Not Clean and dangerous steps

Fist impression, it was difficult to get our stuff into the house because the steps were so steep and the rear gate left little room to negotiate to the back area. The outside: unkempt garden with stumps hidden in leaf and branch litter, gutters full of litter. The deck furniture was dusty and dirty from bird droppings. The steps to the deck are dangerous as the risers are too high and no delineation or guard or hand rails. Inside the house the bedrooms are very small and dusty side tables mould and dust on the ceiling fans. Under the kitchen sink there was mould on everything so we didn't use the cleaning gear, (we used our own). the bathroom had mould on the tiles and around the bath, the exhaust fan cover was clogged with dust and grime. Overall the property in that state was not fit to be lived in Need a thorough clean and maintenance to the garden. My partner fell down the front steps when trying to negotiate the steep steps she has bad bruising to her body. During our stay we received text message demanding the bin be put out and threatening further fees for late departure. We left the property in a cleaner state than when we arrived. As we were leaving I called the property manager and left a a message it took over 24hours for her to return my call. I told her of our concerns, she said I could have asked to have the place cleaned. It should have been in a fit state to start with. We do not recommend this property until major maintenance and a thorough clean.

Moonta Bay Holiday Stay

We really enjoyed our stay given we were able to take our small pet dog. We think it was an ideal place for a small dog to run around and he/we loved the closeness of the beach and shops. Only Problem when we arrived was the key box lock number given on the letter received but we got that sorted. Barry & Judee.

Great Family Beach Getaway

We have thoroughly enjoyed our Easter break at this great property ,well equipped ,comfortable , great outdoor bbq and dining area and secure backyard for pets.Short walk to Simms Cove beach. Thank-you will definetly stay again.

Moonta Bay Stay

Homely base, well equipped with kitchen requirements...great fully fenced safe back garden for our fur baby to explore...two negative aspects - the installed puratap not functioning...cleanliness of the property could have been better (ie the waste bin had not been wiped out from previous tennants, and no vacumming attended under couches), however, we would definately stay at this property again, as our little Coco loved our little getaway 😀

Excellent Property

As we had two dogs that holidayed with us, this property was perfect with the enclosed back yard. Really neat and very clean with everything you need. Great DVD section :) Would definitely stay again. Thank You

Moonta Bay Accommodation

Enjoyed our short stay. Accomodation was very nice & comfortable. Back fence had to be blocked up as a panel was down & our dogs would have gotten out. Back lawn was very overgrown but dogs loved it. Only short walk to the beach which was fantastic

Enjoyable weekend

A quick phone call rectified incorrect check in information and bed configuration was not exactly as pictured but overall a nice tidy weekend stay in a good location with a great yard for kids and dogs.

Family and pet friendly

This property is easy to live in with extensive cutlery and plates, cups, pans etc. The massive number of DVDs ensured there was something for every family member. to watch. There was a great verity of board games which was great to get the kids of their devises. Whilst there is no Wi-Fi at this property it was a welcome rest. The dog had a great time large yard and good fencing. The extensive plantings are very pet friendly. Whist it is a bring your own linen property it was disappointing that there was rubbish and sand under the quilt covers. Once I got over this, I must say I would go back again as it was a very enjoyable stay. Plenty of room. Outdoor patio area great large BBQ and plenty of space to sit and relax.
