The Space:
Brand new centralised AC and heating installed in Nov 2023. Entire place covered with easy control panel, super easy to operate with video instruction.
The 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms townhouse has 3 levels with 2 car spaces, 2 balconies and a large ground floor back yard for unwinding.
Ground floor: Stepping in, the floor to ceiling windows to the yard will open the city skyline, with bedroom 1 on your left, and stairs to level 1 on your right.

Level 1:
Walk up the open risers with modern glass railing, bathed in natural light from open windows across 2 levels, what caught your first eye is the chef-inspired gourmet kitchen.
Miele stainless steel appliances, gas stove cooktop, integrated oven, dishwasher, french fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven etc.
Dining: Connecting the kitchen and balcony with outdoor seatings to enjoy the city skyline and sunset. Dining lounge has a generous black round table elegantly open to the light from outside.

Short stay
All in all it was a good stay. A little bumpy to check in but we got there in the end. A few condiments left in the fridge would have been handy. It’s obviously a lived in house. Coffee machine didn’t work . Not enough drinking glasses for 8 people and there was no knives. Kitchen probably just needed a few extras. Thank you for having us.
