Are you looking for a quiet place to rest? Come and relax at Manapiti on the hill, a recent house in the luxury Pamatai Hills residence. The house is spacious, can accommodate up to 8 people, offering a beautiful view of the sea and mountains.
As the house is located in the mountains, it is preferable to have a vehicle to be able to move freely and discover the island.
You will have space to park several cars safely, autonomous access to Manapiti, with key box with code, which allows you to access the accommodation freely.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs with air conditioning and 1 in the basement. Each has its own bathroom with toiletries (towels, soap, shampoo). A separate WC is located on the ground floor, where you will find the fully equipped kitchen (electric oven and microwave, induction and gas hob, electric kettle, coffee maker, large refrigerator), the living room, the dining room and the laundry room.

Parties are not authorized, in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.

Great house with great view and breeze

This was a great place for our three generations, ages 8 to 80Everyone like the accommodations and the only downside is drive to get there. If we stayed another day, we wouldn’t notice that.

Beautiful property

Loved how the sliders opened up on the main level allowing the ocean breezes to flow through. A little hard to find the property in the dark, suggest lighted # s added at gate. Beautiful balcony with a view. Very nice area for walking.

Beautiful home, awesome view on the hillside above the city. Spacious, nice living room with couch and TV. We stayed with 7 people, two of the bedrooms have A/C. You will need a vehicle as the drive from the city is about 20 minutes up a winding hill. Thank you!

Comfortable house with a great view

We booked this place to accommodate our family of 9 after a week+ cruising around French Polynesia out of Raiatea. Directions were perfect and we all were able to sleep comfortably, even though we could stay no more than 8 hours between a late arriving flight into PPT and an early departure the next day. It would have been an A+ experience for the family had we been able to stay longer and if the place were a bit closer to the airport. (We could have stayed a few hours more but for the fact that few restaurants are open on Sunday and the service was very slow, consuming time we could otherwise have been relaxing at Manapiti on the Hill.)

Quiet, Safe, Beautiful and Comfortable

3 weeks is long enough to get to know the property and the management. Every rental has some issues, it is how the host/management handles the issue. From our experience, I can't think of a nicer and more responsive host. The house was clean and acceptably appointed. A short drive to downtown or to a resort. It was just the right distance so when you want the busy city, could go. When you wanted a resort experience, you could go there. And when you wanted to be home it was there waiting for you. If I go back, I would definitely be back here. We spent most of our time eating through 18 restaurants, 7 cafes and 6 patisseries. All 15 minutes or less away
