Wake up and walk 10-minutes to Palm Beach or sample the local cafes and restaurants lining Williams Esplanade. Come home to enjoy crisp, air-conditioned interiors flowing out to a private patio where you can dine alfresco, overlooking the shared pool with the other villa nearby. Laze under the cabana with a wine and cheese platter, whip up meals in the full kitchen or rest easy in two king bedrooms, both with their own ensuite.
Set on an estate with two other, self-contained villas the only shared space is the pool, otherwise you will enjoy complete privacy. Inside you’ll find an open plan living and kitchen area where you can kick back and watch TV on the wicker lounges or whip up a meal before hitting the beach. Slide open the large glass door to easily access your private alfresco dining area, where you can sit and chat over dinner. Walk a few footsteps to access the shared, heated pool.

A separate building off the patio contains both bedrooms, ​​each offering a king bed which can be split into two king singles upon request. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep you comfortable year round and there is plenty of wardrobe space to store your belongings. Each bedroom has a pristine ensuite with a large walk-in shower.

Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, an in-unit washing machine and dryer and ample secure parking under the carport.
During your stay, you and your group will have the villa to yourself, including shared access to the pool and cabana. Please make yourself at home!

With it's prime position just a 10-minute stroll from Palm Beach and William Esplanade, you'll be moments from the sand and surf. Spend your days lazing by the beach or explore the dozens of eateries within walking distance. Start your morning with a coffee from The Beach Hut Cafe & Juice Bar, pop in for a pub-style meal at Chill At Portofino or enjoy an elevated dining experience at the waterfront Nu Nu Restaurant. Palm Cove Jetty is a 15-minute walk away where you can fish or swim. Hop in the car to experience the Great Barrier Reef Drive or explore the beautiful beaches and reserves along the coast.
