This brand new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom townhouse located in Riccarton. Our home offers modern comfort and convenience, making it the perfect choice for families, couples or friends seeking a relaxing stay. With a private Garage and EV charge.
Our home is conveniently located near Riccarton Mall, Canterbury University and just a short 8-minute drive to Christchurch City. You'll find everything you need within a short distance, from supermarkets to cafes, restaurants, and shops. Close to the park.

Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard. The internal access garage is located on the ground floor.
Upstairs (1st floor) has both bedrooms with Queen beds and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity.

Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.

With heating and cooling available on both the ground floor and first floor, you can rest easy with a comfortable temperature wherever you are in the house.

The real beauty of our home lies in its proximity to the 5-hectare park. It's the perfect place for kids to run around and explore, and for adults to relax and unwind. Take a stroll through the park's walking trails, pack a picnic, or simply bask in the sun while taking in the stunning scenery.
As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart TV, and plenty of natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Should you have a vehicle there is a garage parking space available. If you have additional vehicles there's free on-street parking available outside the development, although it can get occupied during work hours, it usually opens up in the evenings. In the surrounding streets, you'll also find free parking options, ensuring you can easily find a spot nearby.

Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.

The property comes with 1 single garage and EV charger, there is also 1 additional car parking space in front of the garage for use during your stay.

Please make sure you only park in your allocated space. If you have additional vehicles you can park these on Wharenui Road or on a nearby street, where parking is both free and without time restrictions.

Kindly refrain from using any other parking facilities designated for others or parking along yellow lines, as doing so could result in your vehicle being towed. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

Late night arrival or departure. This short-term rental is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbours.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
