Why they chose this property
You will be based in the charming Southern Tasmanian hamlet of Cremorne, a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Cremorne is just 20 minutes from Hobart by car, offering both tranquillity and convenience. Cremorne has a beautiful lagoon, a large beach perfect for swimming, a boat ramp, a play park, and a bowls club with a bar and a different food van every Friday night (just a 10 minute stroll from Mandalay).
What makes this property unique
Mandalay is rich in history; it was used as a holiday house for the Hobart Sisters of the Good Shephard from the 1950s to its sale in 2006. Now, it's a stunning holiday home for the making cherished family memories - another meaningful legacy.
With its proximity to the beach, the lagoon and mountain views, and its large and private backyard (with a BBQ, fire pit, and bench swing), this property will be sure to delight.
