Inside, the home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind. Enjoy year-round climate control with ducted air conditioning throughout, ensuring every room stays comfortable in any season. The spacious open-plan living area flows seamlessly to the timber-decked alfresco, where you can fire up the BBQ and unwind with outdoor dining while overlooking the tranquil leafy surrounds.
For those cooler months, gather around the outdoor fire pit (BYO wood) and enjoy evenings under the stars. Please note: the fire pit is strictly unavailable during the restricted fire season from December 1 to April 30, in line with local fire safety regulations.

House Rules
🚫 Strictly No Leavers – Bookings will not be accepted.
Noise Restrictions:
No noise after 9pm on weekdays (Sun–Thurs) and 10pm on weekends (Fri–Sat).
At all times, noise must be kept at a respectful level. Neighbours should not be able to hear music or “rowdy” behaviour from the house.
Guests & Occupancy:
Maximum of 6 people only (including children).
No extra guests, visitors, or gatherings permitted due to local licensing requirements.
Parking:
Maximum of 2 cars (including one undercover space). No additional vehicles are allowed.
Pets 🐾
Pets are only allowed at approved pet-friendly properties with prior consent from the manager. Conditions apply:
Allowed: Small non-shedding dogs only (with approval).
Not Allowed: Medium–large dogs, cats, rabbits, or birds.
Dogs must be at least 2 years old (no puppies).
Pets must be supervised and never left alone at the property. Local rangers may be called if barking occurs.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets. Additional cleaning fees will apply if required.
Pets are not permitted in bedrooms or on furniture.
Guests must bring their own pet bedding, bowls, and supplies.
