Large 3 bedroom house in downtown Corner Brook

Historic Humber Park Haven was completely restored in 2019, and is centrally located in the lush area of townsite. Walk to the park, hospital, or down to West Street for food and drink. Or you may instead just want to stay at the house once you get here.

Once inside Humber Park Haven, you will find many high end modern amenities and so much space! The interior is 2400 square feet, in addition to the 12 x 36 deck on the back of the house. The main floor is mostly open concept, encompassing the kitchen, dining room, and two living areas (one with a pellet stove). Off of the open concept area, there is a half bath, a large entryway, a private office and a rec room. The rec room has a fold out sofa bed that sleeps two.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms in total: the master with a king sized bed, ensuite and walk-in closet, two other comfortable bedrooms with double beds in them,. As well, there is another bathroom and a laundry room conveniently located between the bedrooms.
