La Casa Bella - Gerringong

When making your reservation, it is essential to book for the correct number of guests. Bedrooms are locked off based on the number of guests booked. For example, if you book for 3 guests, only the necessary bedrooms will be accessible. If the number of guests are over 3, additional charges will apply.

You will feel relaxed from the moment you walk into La Casa Bella. This home boasts a stylish coastal feel across its entirety with curated styling and modern features. This split-level property is the perfect spot for your next family getaway.

The light filled home has a large kitchen perfect for cooking up a storm; with modern appliances and a dishwasher, you can spend time together or apart in the spacious dining or two separate living areas. You can sleep easily in one of the four bedrooms, three rooms with queen beds, fourth with a single, and a double sofa bed in the 2nd lounge. There are two large TVs and two Sonos sound devices for entertainment. The fourth bedroom can also be used as an office as it has a desk (with monitor) and office chairs.

Enjoy your days at the beach, exploring the local area, or enjoy the outdoor entertaining area in the fully fenced yard. Have a BBQ with the family or layout on the day bed and enjoy your morning coffee.
There is Wi-Fi, reverse cycle air conditioning in all rooms, and ceiling fans in three bedrooms for comfort and convenience. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer.

La Casa Bella is in a cul-de-sac and 90 meters away from a kids playground. We also have one high chair, and a table tennis set up in the garage.
La Casa Bella is located 2 hours south of the centre of Sydney and centrally in Gerringong, with the local shops, cafes, restaurants, and beer and wine bar within a short stroll. If it’s the water you are looking for, Werri Beach and Boat Harbour, rock pool are both situated in close vicinity. The train station is in walking distance with services to Berry (15 min) and Sydney (roughly 2.5 hours).

Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Small dogs only
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
The yard is fully fenced
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately

Please Note: On the day of key collection a security deposit of AUD $500 will be held on the provided credit card. This block will usually be lifted within 7-10 working days after departure (conditions apply).
