My husband and I had a three night stay in this lovely cottage which was well maintained, clean and in a great position in a quiet street. Shops nearby as well as a big park for walks. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. We had day trips to Parkes and Forbes and it was always enjoyable coming back to the comfort of the cottage.Great communication with the host. The property had every amenity and was very clean and comfortable. The location is very central and most convenient for the purpose of our visit to Orange.

Disappointing

#14 Sampson is a lovely house with all the character of the town but unfortunately it didn’t live up to our expectations & certainly didn’t come close to the “premier & exceptional” label its been given.Basic things which are so easily fixed: broken kitchen tap, leaky shower, coffee machine needs a service, broken lounge (a nuisance with limited seating) but mostly it all needs a really good clean. We did not get our moneys worth and wouldn’t recommend this property.

Good location in a quiet super wide street near a park. The house had everything we needed and was warm and comfortable.
