This spacious 1-bedroom loft delivers a gallery-quality experience -- local artwork lines the walls, a large patio extends your living space outdoors, and 1.5 bathrooms add practical comfort. It's a thoughtful space that feels both elevated and welcoming.

THE SPACE:
Art gallery-inspired decor throughout -- local artwork, curated design, floor-to-ceiling windows. Large patio for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Full kitchen with premium appliances and Ion water filter, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and games for downtime.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk. No cats permitted.

Stayed here for work. Clean, bright, open apartment. Very comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about the neighborhood.

Nice Place

This was a really nice place. The parking situation is difficult, since the only parking is on the street. We have a family member in a wheelchair, and getting him out of the car was difficult. Other than that it was a really nice place.

Great Stay

Good location with plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance including a brewery across the street. Clear instructions on getting into building and unit. The kitchen is stocked with the bare minimum but has great new appliances. We weren't preparing meals so none of it effected us. LOVED that they had coffee there for us upon arrival. Nice outdoor patio. Overall pretty clean other than a couple really dirty glasses in the cupboard. I washed everything before using it. I would stay here again and recommend for short stays.
