Charming retreat

We had a great time. Great restaurants within walking distance and the riverwalk was wonderful for morning exercise.

The condo was great. It was spacious, clean and a great place to stay while we were visiting for a concert. There is also a great coffee shop across the street. The only downside was that music from the bars was loud until about 11pm.

Would stay again!

Very close to old town! We walked downtown for dinners! Beds are very comfortable and all of the "things" you need for a few days are provided which is a huge plus!! Everything was clean and tidy!We would stay again for sure!

Our honeymoon

Wonderful area close tonall of downtown but far enough away to be quiet and nice cozy spot. Loved how aetup the place was. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. There was plenty of room for our 3-person family. Loved the great coffee shop across the street. On-site parking was definitely a plus!

Great location!

Loved this condo - very clean and comfortable and so conveniently located! We could walk to restaurants and shops, and the beach is less than 30 minutes away. Communication with owner was great as well. Would definitely book again if in the area!

Great spot downtown

This property was in a great location for walking downtown. We especially loved the coffee shop and bakery right out the front door! The house was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with.

Wilmy weekend

We were in town for 3 nights & wanted a walkable spot with parking. The condo was great, beds comfy & clean. My son lived the games choices & definitely check out the Brooklyn Cafe across the st. The nicest ladies ever! We had no problem walking to the river front & several restaurants downtown. Would absolutely stay again!

Clean and pretty

This was a great place to stay when traveling with young children. The room with two beds was perfectly comfortable for them, and the king sized bed was great for us. It was very clean and the kitchen/eating/living room area had a nice flow. Everything was a quick car ride away. We enjoyed it.

Amazing Brooklyn Arts District Condo!

My daughter and I came to visit my mother at her nursing home in Wilmington for a few days. The condo has such a cool vibe to go along with the area. Close to lots of stuff (drivable and walkable). Comfortable and Clean, lots of amenities and extras and the host was amazing! Nice quiet building and unit. I'd recommend to anyone and would rent it again!

Impressive condo for a family stay

We were more than pleasantly surprised at the overall size, location to downtown, and the comfort of this condo. The security on the building was great. The size of the bedrooms was perfect. The kitchen held many items that most hosts don’t think of including. And the bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Overall this was a very restful, pleasant stay that we would do again.

Spectacular Condo!

We were tempted to spend all of our time in this beautifully decorated, well appointed condo; however, exploring the cafes, bars and restaurants in the Brooklyn Arts District and walking to downtown Wilmington was time well spent. The property manager was very timely and helpful with any request. We hope this condo is available each time we’re in the area.

Everything and More!

Everything about this place is perfect! Location, accommodations, and amenities. The decor and household/kitchen/bathroom items were excellent and nothing is missing…down to the smallest details. It’s a home away from home, with everything you’d need for a convenient, comfortable, and worry-free stay. Just bring clothing and food and you’re set!

Wonderful Condo in a Great Location!

Beautiful home! It’s safe, clean, comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. This condo has lot of character and I especially enjoyed listening to the LP’s. Lauren was friendly and very quick to respond. I know that early check-in isn’t always available, so I greatly appreciated the flexibility too. Thank you for helping to make my first trip to Wilmington great!

Beautiful Place and Convenient Location

The unit is very spacious and decorated with vintage records which was a lot of fun! Our kids, 4 and 5, learned how a record player worked. We came in town for a cheer competition at the convention center which was in walking distance. The rooms were perfect with 2 double beds in one room and a king bed in the other. We also checked out Brooklyn Cafe (coffee/donuts) and The Kitchen Sink that are right across the street and highly recommend!

A Wilmington College Visit

The condo was perfect and just what we needed for a college visit with our daughter and her friend. The two bedrooms felt roomy with four of us in the condo. The welcome binder provided a lot of information and there was parking available, which is one of the reasons I chose this specific condo. We frequented the coffee shop across the street and the pub with live music on Friday night. I highly recommend this condo and if our daughter ends up at UNC Wilmington, it will be a frequent rental of ours.

Attended Granddaughter’s Wedding at the Brooklyn Art Center

The condo was exactly as advertised. Clean and nicely decorated. Only a block and a half from the wedding venue. It had everything we needed and made our stay very enjoyable. We enjoyed the local eateries and shops in the area! Beds were very comfortable for sleeping as were the sofas for sitting. The ladies would have preferred the lighting in the bathrooms be a little more brighter for applying makeup. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and other guest at the wedding said the would consider it in the future during their visits to Wilmington!
