Summary:
You can't get a better location than this - only one block from the riverwalk! This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, steampunk-themed industrial loft is where you want to be! Exposed brick walls, original pine wood floors, extremely high ceilings, in a beautiful historic building right in the center of it all.

Stylish with incredible luxury throughout including built-in a refrigerator, fully custom cabinetry, and granite countertops.

The Space:
This Wilmington industrial loft will leave you and your guests saying "Wow!" The entire loft has been up-fitted with luxury touches throughout to match the 5 star stays we consistently host. Unique touches throughout tie in class with history in this steampunk 3rd floor loft apartment with oversized windows, original pine flooring, granite counters, exposed brick walls, high ceilings, skylights and unique ways to show natural light throughout the entire loft.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire loft and building amenities.

The Neighborhood:
One block from the water and Riverwalk! Smack in the center of the central business district in historic downtown Wilmington, everything you need right outside your door. One block the Riverfront, you can't get a better location than this. Right at the heart of historic downtown Wilmington.

Walk downstairs to Pinpoint. One of Wilmington's best restaurants!

Getting Around:
We walk everywhere or take an Uber to the beach (saves on finding and paying for parking!)

Deck parking is across the street. Metered street parking is right out front and there are many other lots nearby! Meters are free at night and on Sundays and Holidays. Deck parking is typically free for the first hour and $8 for 24 hours.

Taxis, Ubers, Lyft all service this area quickly.

A block away from River cruises, Horse-drawn carriage rides, or enjoy the beautiful walk along the Cape Fear River with views of the famous USS North Carolina Battleship.

This was a wonderful last minute booking that couldn’t have gone better in a snowstorm…no pun intended. It was luxurious with the historical feel of the city of Wilmington. The host was fantastic and extremely hospitable. 10/10

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay! Apartment was clean, well furnished and we were able to walk to all the fun shops and attractions! Definitely would recommend!

This property is exactly as advertised. It includes a well appoointed kitchen and bathroom, and comfortable rooms. The owner does an excellent job of offering support if needed, and gives great instructions to facilitate a hassle free stay. The location is perfect. There is so much to see and do within walking distance. A definite winner!

We would have given this place a 5 star rating; however, the nightclub nextdoor played very loud music until 2:30am. It was impossible to sleep through. We loved the location - easy access to shops and restaurants. Very cute interior and clean. Just wish there was a noise ordinance to stop the music earlier.

Stay was great! Rooks were nice and felt like you were in the heart of downtown. Modern/Rustic vibe. Great for any occasion but could see two couples utilizing this place for a getaway!

We were wowed with this place! The place was rented for a double mother-daughter getaway to tour Wilmington, check out the UNCW campus, and to enjoy the ocean. The location at the historic downtown Wilmington was perfect, just a block away from the river and a short driving distance to all the places we wanted to see. The interior decor was on point (the girls LOVED it); the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked; the host checked on us every day and responded to our messages promptly. This is one of the few vacation rentals that we actually want to revisit and stay at again. Thank you, Aaron, for allowing us to enjoy this lovely place!

Excellent place, has everything you need and I don’t think you can be more central in downtown Wilmington. Plenty of stuff to cook with, very quiet at night as it does not face streets with bars on it. Highly recommend for anyone wanting peaceful stay in a great location.

Historic Wilmington - no beach required ;)

Location, location, location! We walked everywhere - to tour historic homes, to restaurants, to the Riverwalk. The vibe of the historic downtown area was a relaxed hum :) The apartment was exactly as described - loved the original floors and windows, exposed brick walls and well appointed kitchen. Would absolutely stay there again!

The location was fantastic. The "steampunk" vibe of the loft apartment was amusing (we're anime fans), but more importantly it was well-kitted and well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful. The location could not have been better.

Excellent location!

We loved this location. Restaurants, tours, shops, etc. are a few steps from the door! The historic building was interesting and loved the decor/design. We felt very secure with the keypad entries. The fan in the back bedroom didn’t have a control and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat but aside from those couple of things, everything was great. Would recommend!
