A cot and high chair are available to hire at the house for use if needed during your stay. Please request on booking via our guest portal and BYO linen for cot.

Pets:
Dogs are welcome though the yard is not fully fenced. The deck area can be gated if required. Dogs are welcome to stay inside if they are trained. it is required you clean up after your pets.
Please clean up and hair or droppings to avoid extra charges

Beach:
The house is only 300m to the beach. It takes about 5 mins to walk.

Schoolies:
We do accept schoolies bookings - a high bond is charged
Any groups under 25 a high bond is charged

Bookings:
Accommodation check-in and check-out time during the week is 3pm check-in and 10am check out. If available you can book and pay for a later check out or early check in via our online guests portal
Weekend stays must include both Friday and Saturday nights, we recommend you stay for an additional night on the weekend to get the most out of your stay.

Tyrone Sands Rye is located on the Blairgowrie end of Rye on a quiet street walking distance to the beach.
