We loved this condo! Great view from the patio, AC worked great, washer and dryer, very comfortable beds, lots of extra pillows and blankets for the hide a bed in the living room. It even had a Keurig! All the dishes you need and a dishwasher. We had a great stay with our kids. Internet worked great too. The furniture looked a little dated but no concerns really.

Not what we expected

We were some what disappointed by the property. The view we had was beautiful and the location was great! But the condo its self was not much the towels were all stained, the bed comforters were ripped, the kitchen utensils were all worn out couldn't really cook. The furniture on the patio was all ripped could really sit outside to enjoy the view.

They are so accommodating, great hosts and very friendly. Using Oceano has been the best choice for us. We had a beach day and all we had to do was show up. The team had everything ready for us, tent assembled, chairs, ice chest, towels. Such an awesome accommodation. I will definitely use them again and will definitely recommend.

Senior Trip/Spring Break

The condo was very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the patio. The only down side was the dishwasher wasn't working but it wasn't that big of deal to have it fixed while we were there, which was offered to us by the property management. Would definitely stay there again.

A lot of room, love the balcony, the kitchen, I love that I was able to cook our meals there. We had a great time.I do think there is space for improvements. For example changing the pots and pans. They are very old and scratch, some steeling steel pans would be better. Also it would be helpful to have beach towels available to take to the beach. The bathtub/Jacuzzi is great but it does need a little bit of clean up.There was an incident while we were there; a pipe broke and they came to tape. I just hope the fix and change the pipe and also fix the water damage. Overall our experience was great, we love staying there as a first time in Puerto PeƱasco.

Spring Break

The property is clean and safe and is within walking distance to all of the other resorts on sandy beach. Itā€™s also close to banditos and Changos. Everything was perfect except there is no guest policy. As in you are not allowed to have guests enter the premise at any time. So just beware.

Poor Communication

We had a good time and the inside of the condo & location was all fine. However, the check in process and the communication with the host as well as the property management company was ridiculous. We were sent to a whole different location when we arrived to check and were then told there that we could have checked in at the property. Upon arrival there was no welcome book with any information on the condos WIFi or TV access, etc. We tried to go to front desk and was referred to Oceana Rentals to solve our issues. They did not answer their phones and the emergency number would not connect us either. We attempted to contact the host via the VRBO app and no response. We finally used lobby phone to call emergency number and left a message but nobody ever contacted us. We had to reach out again the next day and was told they would send somebody to fix the TV and WiFI issues. We returned from breakfast and same issues remained. Very frustrated with the lack of responsiveness and the multiple levels to try to get something resolved with no end resolution.

This unit should not be availble as a rental until numerous repairs are completed and advertised ame

This unit should not be repaired until: 1. AC unit adequately cool areas of the Kitchen and 2nd Bedroom 2. AC unit for master does not freeze up or condense leaving the entry with closet area between bed and bath flooded (big liability issues as I almost slipped and fell). 3. Fix weather stripping at sliding doors balcony and entry door, as this likely contributed to AC water dripping in master area 4. Clean washer, dryer and laundry sink so they can be used to clean laundry 5. Provide WiFi credentials or remove from amenity listing 6. Ensure Cable/Satellite TV signals work, as only the DVD player functioned in master 7. Fix Bath plug to used as a bath and jacuzzi jets in master 8. Resolve slow drain in bath/shower 9. Remove rusted chairs and broken seat of lounge furniture on patio 10. Several power outlets throughout the unit were inoperative or inadequate to charge phones Fixed first day: 1. Sort of fixed the AC in kitchen and second bath was improved, but still not cooling to set temperature. However, then the water leak flooding the master area of the only AC unit cooling to set temperature was a big problem. 2. Aerator in second bath was stripped/cracked and would not remain on the faucet appeared to be fixed General comments: A. Furniture was old and worn B. VCR did not seat flush into wall unit and was in the way of walking to the balcony C. Numerous remotes to TVs, DVDs, VCRs, and Cale signal boxes that did not match and most with dead batteries

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a great view and is nicely decorated. However, many improvements need to be made. There is an unpleasant smell in the unit (musty + sewer-ish). No laundry products were available for use and the washer & dryer need to be replaced. Items for guest comfort such as extra blankets were not available. With some updates, the property could be quite enjoyable.
