Enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions such as He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools and the New Brighton Pier. Perfect for those looking to explore everything New Brighton has to offer while remaining just a short 20-minute drive from the city centre.
This property offers a picturesque setting for a tranquil and rejuvenating escape.
This stunning two-story property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor that opens out to a sunny courtyard. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink in the sunshine while taking in the sounds of the nearby waves. The northwest-facing aspect of the courtyard is a standout feature, offering plenty of natural light and warmth.
This property features a fenced-in courtyard, making it the ideal escape for families. You can relax and enjoy your vacation while the children play safely outside. The accommodation has available on request a Portacot, Highchair, and messy mat to make your stay with young children more comfortable.
In the living area there is a sofa bed to have another 1 or 2 guests - linen is additional fee. Accommodating up to 4 guests total.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer combination unit is available with washing powder provided for convenience.
The bedroom upstairs is equipped with a large King bed, luxurious hotel-grade linen, and tasteful decor. Additionally, there is a full bathroom upstairs, complete with a tiled shower, heated toilet seat with bidet functionality, heated towel rail, and vanity. You will also find Ecostore shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom.
The property offers plenty of on-street parking for guests. No dedicated parking is provided.

Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
