- 2 bedrooms with 140 cm bed,

2. upstairs:
- bedroom with 140 cm bed,
- bedroom with 2 single beds,
- bathroom (Italian shower) with semi-separate wc.

3. outdoors:
- terrace with table and 8 outdoor chairs, with electric awning
- terrace with garden furniture and parasol
- heated heated pool 7x3. 70 on enclosed garden of approximately 500 m² with secure remote-controlled gate.

Beautiful stay in Semussac

Martine and Marcel were so welcoming and gave us so much information about the nearby places to visit. Semussac is a quiet area but you are never too far from local amenities, beautiful beaches and gorgeous country walks. We are a family of 5 with 3 children aged 13, 12 and 6. We visited the nearby beaches in Royan, la Palmyre and St. Georges de Didionne. We also visited Talmont sur Gironde, a really beautiful town. The Zoo in Palmyre is amazing! The town of Jonzac is around 40 minutes away and is a beautiful typically French town. When we arrived we immediately felt relaxed. The property is stunningly beautiful. Very clean and well maintained with total privacy. We all loved the pool and the children spent so much time there. Lovely area to eat outside with awning so plenty of shade from the sunshine! We have stayed in many different properties before in France and this was by far our favourite! We didn’t want to leave! Martine and Marcel are fantastic hosts. Thank you both for everything. un super séjour!

un très très beau séjour! Martine et Marcel sont hyper accueillants et hyper sympathiques, arrangeants, des gents super biens comme on aime en rencontrer durant les vacances. La maison est très cosy, saine, zen, spacieuse et superbement entretenue: un confort. C'est une très belle prestation, les chambres belles, la maison calme, tout le matériel culinaire qu'il faut, de l'espace, la literie au top, la piscine fabuleuse, chaude, que dire d'autre: Venez!!

Très agréables moments passés…

Ce logement correspondait à toutes nos attentes pour des vacances en famille. Nous avons passé une semaine au calme absolu dans cette charmante maison. En plus, les propriétaires étaient très sympathiques ! Je recommande vivement !

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. La maison est conforme à la description. L'extérieur est très agréable, au calme de la campagne et sans vis à vis. La piscine chauffée et au sel est très bien d'autant plus avec des enfants car elle est bien sécurisée. A noter qu'il faudra s'en occuper un peu. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponible. L'intérieur de la maison manque un peu de modernité mais elle dispose de tous de tous le confort nécessaire. La chaise haute et le lit bébé sont des plus. La maison est à 20 minutes de Royan et a une dizaine de minutes de la mer. Nous avons passés un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons sans problème dans cette maison.
