Three bedroom, three bathrooom house tucked away but close to so much.
My spacious town home can easily accommodate four people. It is one of the largest in the complex of 81 homes and is an end unit that is attached on only one side, thus private and in a quiet neighborhood. The home has three floors: top floor is the master queen bed and bathroom with a closet dedicated for use of visitors. The main floor houses a queen bed with closet and TV, full bathroom, dining room with expandable table, living room with gas fireplace, and kitchen that has a four seater dine-in table. There is an entrance thru the dining room to the back deck where the hot tub is located. The lower floor has a queen bed, closet, bathroom with shower, open area with a queen size pull out sofa, and an office with wi-fi and printer.
The house is centrally located with a ten minute drive or twenty-five minute walk to downtown Boulder. There are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood, a large grocery store within easy walking distance, a bike/walking path that connects to both commercial areas and open space.
Boulder and the surrounding areas offer so much such as The Pearl Street Mall, an outdoor shopping and eating delight; miles of protected open space for hikers and bikers; University of Colorado and Naropa for a wide variety of programs; 45 minutes from nearest ski area; and same from beautiful Rocky Mountain National Park.

About Marian Thier
The photo is me in costume with my 1965 Austin Healey. Sorry, the car is not included in the rental. I've traveled the world several times in my role as a consultant and executive coach, and continue to do so, albeit less often for work and more often for pleasure. My partner, Ken and I have done a lot of house exchanges, so we know the pleasure of experiencing a new place, but as a guest in someone's home.
Marian Thier purchased this Townhome in 1994
Why Marian Thier chose Glenwood Grove - North Iris
I was living in New York City and decided it was time to relocate. I tested out several very nice cities, but when I came to visit my son, a student at CU, I immediately knew Boulder was the prefect place. But, because I traveled so much with work I needed to have a home where streets would be plowed, garbage picked up, grass mowed, etc when I was not home, and neighbors who were welcoming. Everything fell into place with one look--I bought the house after a brief visit, went back to NYC, packed up, and moved with pleasure. My home is full of art, objects I collected over my travels, antiques, and happy memories.
What makes this Townhome unique
The bed in the master bedroom faces a picture window that opens to birds flitting in a large spruce and flatirons in the distance. The house itself is decorative, but easy to live in, and the view of the night skies when soaking in the hot tub make this a good place to be.

Great place great location not sure how to beat it!!
So glad you enjoyed Boulder through the lens of my home.
clutered and packed
Upon arrival house info and rules very helpful but not informed before arrival that the owner is vegan and didn't want us to cook meat in house but permissible. If I had known before hand wouldn't of rented made us feel that we were intruding on her home . House was cluttered with too many items for us had to keep my closes on top of dresser because no room in any dresser or closet. Fridge was the same too many owner and other items. Location, size, hot tub, fireplace was great. Well stocked with household items. Had a great 10 day stay a solid four star and a great value for the size of the townhome.
I am glad these renters enjoyed their stay in my home. It appears they were unable to read the posted house information before arriving or they would have known about a vegetarian-preferred (not demanded) kitchen, and an additional, meat-cooking outdoor grill. I was confused by the comment about lack of closet and shelf space. There are entire empty closets with drawers in all bedrooms, and luggage racks for suitcases. These renters informed me that they made cookies at Xmas time, so to be considerate I left out a mixer, new cookie sheets, parchment paper, and directions to find ingredients in the kitchen, which may have made one counter seem cluttered. It is true that my place is not a sterile hotel suite, but instead a welcoming Boulder home.
Great location for getting around town.
Very comfortable, lots of room, all the necessities and more. A real home feel. Great stay.
Larry, thanks so much for the kind review and for being an ideal guest. You are welcome to stay here whenever you are visiting your daughter in Boulder.
Beautiful, unique home in a prime Boulder location.
The owner takes great pride in her home and has great attention to detail in the process. My only caveat is that accessibility may be difficult for the handicapped or elderly. Otherwise I'd certainly look forward to staying here again.
Clean, spacious, close to everything
Had a great vacation in Boulder. The home allowed us to host a graduation party for my daughter. I was surprised at the amount of space the condo had. I highly recommend staying here.
Boulder is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts with miles of hiking and biking trails and easy access to ski areas. The downtown has an outdoor walking mall with excellent stores, restaurants and buskers. Denver, Red Rocks, and Rocky Mountain National Park are each within an hour of Boulder and offer a wide variety of sights and activities in addition to all that is in Boulder.
