Relax and enjoy this peaceful family home set amongst the bird-rich native bush. Out of the way and yet close to beautiful Kapiti Coast beaches, river, stunning bush walks, cycle tracks, aquatic centre and golf courses. Only a 20 minute walk to the town centre and railway line. Board the train to the buzz of Wellington city or stay local and enjoy the friendly coastal atmosphere, arts, shops and cafes. A great place to holiday.

Lovely spot, perfect for a group holiday and well set up for children (we had 2 babies with us). We especially enjoyed the fireplace and spa pool.

Very hospitable, kind and caring hosts. A large, beautiful house that has everything you need and more: fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious veranda and living areas with lots of awesome paintings. Very clean and cozy.

An Enjoyable Stay

This immaculate holiday home was excellent for our group of old friends to spend time together. The living room was very spacious and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. We were made to feel very welcome.

Family Weekend

Lovely homely property perfect for family stays. Amazing and friendly host who couldn’t do enough for us and made us feel welcome. Private setting with cosy fireplace kept us warm and toasty. Will be our first choice when we come back.

We had a lovely mid winter break here, we arrived to the fire lit, which was a lovely touch as well as some essentials like bread and milk. The home is well appointed and comfortable. Thanks again for a great stay and property.

The Perfect Stay!

Such a fantastic property, so quiet and we felt like we were at home. The owners were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed including some essentials in the fridge! They even brought in an extra remote controlled car for our 6 year old. Highly recommend as this ticks all the boxes, 100% would stay again.

Perfect Getaway

The house was massive. Lovely lounge. Secluded place. The hosts were lovely and stayed just below the property and offered to reach out if we needed anything more.

Stay in the native bush

Very spacious. Excellent facilities in kitchen.Spacious bedrooms.Fabulous views of the surrounding bush and hills. Debbie and Danny were very helpful and welcoming to their beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful stay on the Kapiti Coast. Debbie and Danny’s place had absolutely everything we could possibly need. It’s a spacious, sunny and very comfortable home, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax and enjoy. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor spa bath was heavenly.It truly feels like a family home, and having access to so many toys and games - along with a perfect room setup for our three-year-old - made our stay even more special.We had the best time and can’t thank Debbie and Danny enough for their hospitality. We would absolutely love to stay again and will definitely be back!

The perfect place

The property was just as described and met or exceeded all our expectations. There was ample space for everyone, the rooms and layout was ideal. We were able to relax easily and we were welcomed by the owners who couldn't have been nicer. Loved the location and proximity to local facilities (including shops, beaches, golf, walks etc.). We hope to be back....

The room configuration and large size of kitchen and living area were perfect for our extended family. The fireplace made the house warm in winter with extra heating in bedrooms. Also well set up with toys for children. Our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again. The owners were also very helpful.
