Treetop Escapes is a treehouse community located in the heart of Lookout Mountain in Georgia. The Dreams of Spring at Magnolia Treehouse is one the newest addition to Treetop Escapes and we cannot wait for you to visit!



At Dreams of Spring at Magnolia Treehouse you will find a captivating short-term vacation rental that blends outdoor adventure with modern comfort. The lower level boasts a beautiful living area, a well-equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher, a private bedroom with a pristine full bathroom, a laundry room, and ample storage space. Ascend to the upper level and loft, where you'll discover two more inviting bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, tree net, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the loft area.



Other features that you will find when visiting the treehouse; HVAC for heat and air, WiFi, coffee machine, fully stocked kitchen, charcoal grill, & a private hot tub!

Get your game on! Located just a short drive from Treetop Escapes is a communal pickleball court. This is the perfect space to enjoy the North Georgia outdoors. Please bring your own pickleball paddles and balls.



By booking a Treetop Escapes vacation, you will have access to Paradise Pointe. Paradise Pointe is a community resort at the tri-state corner of AL/TN/GA located in Bryant, AL. Hike the trail to stand in three states at once! Enjoy access to the huge indoor pool house with a communal hot tub, two indoor slides, an outdoor deck, seating, and more. 18 rentals at Paradise Pointe share these amenities. Plus, enjoy two small basketball courts, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and more for endless fun! Paradise Pointe is approximately 30 minutes from Treetop Escapes.

PLEASE NOTE:

Slippers and robes can be found in your treehouse for you to enjoy during your stay. If the robes are removed/damaged a fee can be charged to you.



If you would like to use the grill or fire-pit  during your stay, please bring charcoal, wood, and fire starters.



This property is located in a mountain landscape in Georgia. Please advise this property does include steep hills, walking up and down stairs or hills around the property, and a mountain landscape. Please be aware of this before booking.

We provide regular pest control at our properties; however, because some of our homes are located in rural settings, guests may still encounter insects or small wildlife from time to time.



On the first night of your stay please allow for up to 3 hours for the hot tub to fully heat the water.
