Set within Newsteadâs exclusive Skyring complex, youâll be right above the buzzing retail and dining precinct Gasworks and a 15-minute stroll from trendy James Street, with easy access to bars, restaurants, shops and parks. Relax in modern, air-conditioned comfort and sip your morning coffee or evening wine on the private balcony, making use of laundry facilities and two bathrooms. You can also enjoy secure parking and a shared, resort-style outdoor space complete with a swimming pool.

Two large bedrooms sleep four guests, with the primary bedroom including a queen-size bed and floor-to-ceiling windows boasting views overlooking the city, while the second bedroom has two single beds, making this an ideal stay for families. Youâll find an immaculate primary ensuite in addition to the main bathroom, each with a shower and complimentary toiletries, while a washing machine and dryer are also available.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to shared facilities including the pool. Please make yourself at home!
The Skyring complex is adjacent to vibrant dining and retail precinct Gasworks and a stoneâs throw from Brisbane River, youâll also be a 15-minute walk from the trendy restaurants and boutiques shops lining Fortitude Valleyâs renowned James Street. A coveted parking space allows you to come and go with ease, with New Farm Park and its popular Saturday morning farmers market a five-minute drive for a relaxed morning out and about.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
