Why they chose this property
Sitting on the same property as the oldest house in College Station(1880). The Cottage sleeps 2 comfortable with a King size Bed and 2 more with a queen size fold out couch. Has a full size washer and dryer and full kitchen, full size bath with all the comforts of home.
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to Texas A&M Campus as well as Kyle Field and Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park. You can reach the HEB grocery store within the neighborhood so you don't have to deal with traffic on game days. Shopping and restaurants EVERYWHERE.
