This Walk-out basement has a separate entrance, and complete private space.
We have two bedrooms.
The community is one of the most popular and sought-after community in Calgary, it's convenient transportation, shopping and entertainment facilities. There are many daily necessities stores within a 5–10-minute drive, including large supermarkets, discount stores, two Chinese supermarkets, Korean supermarket, restaurants, movie theaters, vivo fitness centers, airports, golf clubs, and more.
The space
1. About Two bedrooms
(1) Bedroom closer to the outer side:
One Queen bed with a slightly firm mattress
Two wardrobes
One large window that lets in plenty of sunlight
Bedroom closer to the inner side:
(2) One Queen bed with a very soft and thick mattress
One oversized walk-in wardrobe
One writing desk.
2.About Living room and kitchen
We have a bright and airy living room and kitchen with high ceilings throughout the entire space, which eliminates any feelings of oppression caused by low ceilings.
The living room features a large window that provides ample sunlight throughout the day, especially in the south-facing direction. Additionally, the living room includes a 50-inch Smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix, YouTube, and other movies, TV shows, and children's programming.
Other features of the living room include a super comfortable three-seater sofa and a large dining table that can accommodate up to seven people.
The open, spacious, and well-lit kitchen boasts a meticulously designed multifunctional U-shaped countertop that can meet all your family's cooking needs. Additionally, we provide a microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and other equipment for your convenience.
3.About bathroom
We have a spacious bathroom that features:
An expansive and well-lit area that includes a specially customized extra-large mirror.
A walk-in shower design that eliminates the risk of slipping and falling when getting out of the tub, which is especially beneficial for seniors and children.
4.About Love
Our Hope:

If you are a new immigrant or just settling into a new home, we have a wealth of information and experience to share with you.

The neighborhood is very quiet and very, very easy to get to all the everyday things like supermarkets, costco, shopping district, crossiron mall, restaurants and so on.
