An open-plan layout is centred around a stunning, large timber dining table that comfortably seats eight—with additional seats at the kitchen island. Dine here, or for a change of scene, step outside to enjoy a shaded coffee on the patio overlooking the grassy yard.

The kitchen boasts a central island, the perfect spot for morning coffee, enjoyed from one of the breakfast stools. Downstairs, two plush sofas provide plenty of comfort, creating a cosy nook for unwinding and enjoying your favourite TV shows. Also on the ground floor, you’ll find the second bedroom, bathed in natural light, offering a serene space with a comfortable queen bed.

Heading upstairs, the second living area awaits. Alongside this, you’ll find the primary bedroom, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a west-facing balcony to bask in the day’s sunshine. Bedrooms three and four, also upstairs, are thoughtfully designed. Shellharbour is a real gem, known for its gorgeous scenery and stunning beaches. You’ll be just a quick five-minute walk from Shell Cove Marina, right on the waterfront. As far as culinary offerings, there’s a multitude of options along the harbour and throughout the busy town centre right. The Waterfront Tavern is a popular spot with the locals, offering great eats and drinks. If you're up for some nature time, Killalea State Park is only a five-minute drive away. It's the ideal place to wander around, with plenty of greenery, trails, swimming spots, and beaches. There's also an info centre there to point you in the right direction. And for the golfers, Links Golf Course is just a 10-minute drive away, perfect for hitting a few rounds in beautiful surroundings.
